Good breakfast and welcoming staff :)Posted Feb 25, 2018
The radisson is an impressive building but is in need of refurbishing it’s rooms. The main room was spacious and the bed very comfy with ok amenitities such as tea/coffee and ironing board, etc. However the bathroom needed a bit of a do-over and my bathroom door didn’t shut properly and kept sticking. That said the staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and variety available. I would visit again but it probably won’t be a first choice.

Stay at radissonPosted Feb 24, 2018
Really nice stay at the hotel, nice room, very clean, staff was polite not very helpful with how things work seen as it was my first stay here. They never asked me if I’ve been before and never told me how everything works or how to get around. Was confused on how lifts work due to being on 18th floor and having to use your key to acces the floor.

good hotel centrally located.Posted Feb 19, 2018
Pros: The towels provided are very plush. really liked that they dint look to cut costs on these as compared to other similar hotels. quick elevators,
Location: Bull ring mall and bull ring markets, plenty of food and bar options in walking distance.
Ideal hotel to stay at while visiting Birmingham for work. hotel is nice clean and comfortable. Centrally located walking distance from new street station and the Bull ring shopping centre and markets. the restaurant offers a bar and restaurant, there area offers a lot of bar and dining options in close proximity, easy to get taxis close by as well. if you are lucky enough to be given a front facing room on a higher floor the views are quite nice. Over all a good experience, better them other options I have tried in the area before.

Very good locationPosted Feb 12, 2018
Pros: location and breakfast,
Cons: shower could be serviced tiles falling off the bath panel need attention
Location: great for bars and shopping.
the location was good, the breakfast good, the shower in the room was falling off the wall and had no pressure, we did try two or three times as we was on the 15th floor, and paid for a good room disappointing.

Good central location.Posted Feb 4, 2018
Pros: Location. Presentation. efficient service throughout
Cons: Non-dairy milk as a breakfast option. Bar prices.
Let the' train take the strain', the hotel is a 5 minute walk away. We were going to the 02 Academy & could see the venue from the bedroom window-a less than 5 min walk. The room was modern, clean & well presented. It is located on a busy roundabout, however the soundproofing must be good as no noise disturbance from anywhere. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant for convenience/time & enjoyed the meals we chose. Breakfast the following morning was also good, with an excellent selection of almost anything you might want..

Good hotel in excellent location for shoppingPosted Feb 3, 2018
I asked for a room in a quiet location as I am a light sleeper and this is exactly what I got. They allocated a room at the end of the corridor and didn’t have an adjoining door. I was impressed that they had taken account of my request without me having to ask again. Standard room very nice, was a good size and bathroom was decent size too. Breakfast good, omelettes and eggs benedict available to order and were delicious. Drinks prices in bar a little expensive but always are in hotels. This hotel is about a 4 minute walk to John Lewis and from there the shopping areas are all linked and are under cover. We parked at the Horsefair NCP car park which is just down the road and very reasonably priced compared to the one next door to the hotel. The Hippodrome theatre is just around the corner too. Overall very pleased with my choice of hotel
