Getting what you pay for.

Location: Lots of nearby gas stations, restaurants etc.
The hotel was not a bad one for the rate. The hotel has a 100% smoke free policy, but my room smelt of smoke. The check in staff Vince and Delycia (??) were nice. The room was remolded it seems (newer tv etc.), and I was not at all disappointed. Only bad thing was getting knocked up at 9am, when checkout is 11am.

Pros: Dogs stay free. Non smoking facility.
Cons: It was fine as is.
Location: 12 minutes from the family we were visiting.
Clean, comfortable, close to our destination. Easy check in. Dogs stay free. Renovated nicely.

Location: Location was okay, close to interstate.
Others Smoking outside rooms, HVAC brought smoke into room. Door was sticking, not closing or opening properly. Beds were not comfortable. Lots of late night activity in the parking lot.

The carpet was smelly and wet and the AC leaked out during the night and soaked through our bags and ruined our clothes. The carpet was so wet we couldn't walk without shoes.

Very great and comfortable! Building has new renovations and still renovating. Great and willingly staff! My key malfunction and switch keys walking back and forth for a hour straight but they were great considered and move me and accommodated me very well. Great place to stay and very reasonable pricing!

Location of the hotel was great. Hotel clerk said there was not breakfast since they were remodeling. They should have discounted the room since they were not providing breakfast.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room was very very very dirty. It was nasty. The second room had roaches!!!!!!!!! This hotel should be condemned.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Everything. The general condition of the hotel inside and out were deplorable. Not having a refrigerator in the room is inconceivable these days.
Location: It is centrally located with many restaurants and small malls close by.
Let me begin by saying the staff were wonderful--that was not the issue. The issue was the dilapidated condition of the hotel. As we drove to our room, we could see into other rooms and furniture was piled up over the windows. The exterior walls were actually crumbling and the general feeling while outside was that it was unsafe. There was no frig, no continental breakfast and no iron/ironing board. We asked if there was a continental breakfast and was told that no they did not offer one. The breakfast area was from the previous hotel that was there that did offer it. The room was cleaned, but not clean. The carpets were worn, but the thing was--you would not want to take your shoes off in this room. Stains were everywhere. One of our walls inside our room was plastered over and not painted--just left with the plaster. If we weren't so tired from driving, we would have left and made arrangements elsewhere. Maybe they were remodeling (I don't know), but you would think they would put guests in rooms that were in better condition. Please do not stay here. I wish I had taken photos. Thank you.
