Lovely room, good location

Had a nice stay here, checked in a day early and they were very accomodating. Only issue was the parking Friday evening.

Close to downtown Birmingham

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking
Location: Close to restaurants(LIttle Five Points), UAB campus, the Botanical Gardens and the zoo
The hotel is under remodeling. Our suite was very nice,plenty of room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. It can be difficult to find parking. This is not the first time staying here while visiting my daughter at UAB and I'm sure it will not be our last.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful hotel! Our only complaint would be that most everything on the hot breakfast bar was either cold or empty at 9 am. The staff just didn't seem to be working efficiently to get food out. When they refilled gravy it was truly refrigerator cold. A little disappointing but not enough to keep us from staying again or recommending it to friends. In fact we will likely make reservations again early March.

Good hotel within walking distance of downtown

Good stay had known complainants. Did not like I had to pay $10 to park my car.

Great hotel

It was good. I loved the style of the hotel. It was modern compared to a lot of the other hotels in the area. My only concern was the fact that breakfast may have been a little unsanitary because of how the rings were set in too of the bowls etc for the fruit. Other than that it was a great relaxing stay! Also I don't think you should have to pay for parking for your own customers
