Good with a few details missed
Modern hotel with roomy studio rooms. A few misses included lack of attention to detail by housekeeping that made the stay a bit irritating. Ice maker did not work and all the coffee pods were decaf, no regular in room. Staff was considerate and efficient. Breakfast is good for being included.

Awesome Place
Awesome place to stay when you visit the Birmingham area. This place is close to many restaurants and about a 15min drive to downtown Birmingham. Staff were awesome as well. Great job, my family will stay here on our next visit.

I like everything about my stay at the property on issue was the door for rm 229 you had to pull it really hard to open it and push it very hard to close it.

My problem was with listing. in which stated the room has an oven. There was no oven in room, only a countertop stove. I was catering an event and had to cancel.

A Great Experience With Great People
The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel at home. Even the breakfast is amazing. The individuals who service the breakfast area are hard working and were definitely attending to details. Nice job!

Friendly and quick check in. Room was spacious. They said turn the fridge on but didn’t mention turning ice maker on. Stain in carpet (203). Shower is a bit snug but all in all a very positive stay.

Best Place in Hoover
We will definitely be staying here again for all future Hoover Tournaments. This place is super nice, clean, convenient to everything. The check in was a breeze. The beds are so comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Just all around fantastic place!

Hotel has been renovated (they're still working on some areas) but our room was updated and very nice. Comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast offered! Pool area is nice and peaceful.

The location is great. However our room was sub-par. The dishwasher in our room was full of dirty dishes when we checked in. (Gross!) There was no blanket for the sofa bed. Paper towel holder was broken. The power went out in the bedroom only for a couple hours. The room was clean. It just seemed like the maintenance and housekeeping departments had gotten lazy or understaffed or something.

WORST hotel experience EVER! We had no notification the hotel was under a complete renovation. The property was a mess. AND, at 2:45AM the fire alarm goes off. We all spent over an hour outside. When we went back to our room, the excruciatingly loud alarm continued to go off periodically ALL MORNING!

Fire alarm at 2:30-4 am and again 6 am.. Dusty, under remodel,,no soap etc in room, no elevator in 5 story hotel, workers crowding out breakfast area meant for guests. Stay away until remolding finished

Pleasant stay and friendly staff. Overall property was clean and would stay again, if in that area. Just wish they had a covered entrance for you to drive under when checking in and out. It was raining the day we arrived and left.
