From the dining room, you access the bathroom/laundry room and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a living room with TV and fireplace insert, wifi. Then a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200\. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed 90x190\. On this landing, a toilet has been subtly fitted out. The house is located in the heart of a fenced 6ha estate with a furnished terrace opening south onto the vineyard under the hundred-year-old fig tree. The swimming pool, with its breathtaking view of the Château de Biron, is exclusively reserved for guests of the gîte. Dimensions: 3mx8m. Depth: 1.40m. Barrier + alarm. Unheated. Open from April to October, weather permitting. Central heating. Please inform the owners in advance if you have pets. Electric vehicle charging via Wallbox, price on site. Baby equipment: 1 travel cot. The winery is located in the heart of the Bastide country, very close to Monpazier (10km), Belvès, Beaumont-du-Périgord, and Bergerac (45km). The organically farmed vineyard stretches over a hill facing the Château de Biron and offers exceptional views. In this unspoiled natural setting, the owners share their passion by welcoming their guests into a characterful 17th-century winemaker's house, fully restored using traditional materials. Peacefully located, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Biron, this accommodation is the first to be classified as "Wine Tourism" in the Périgord region! Ideally located between the Dordogne and the Lot, all the emblematic sites of the Périgord are within easy reach: castles, abbeys, traditional villages... You can enjoy sports such as hiking, horseback riding, cycling/mountain biking, canoeing down the river, and participate in all the cultural, gastronomic, and wine events of this magnificent region.
