Only issue I had was with the door locks at door 7 which was hard to get the key card to work on. Nick was a great person and staff member!

Paid for 2 rooms didnt stay. Rooms were not connected. Soon as i checked in people were telling front desk that someone pooped on the slide in the waterpark. Found other accommodations.

When i got up to catch a cab to the airport 4 am, there was 5 males clearly entoxicated in the lobby drinking beer. they in the end were harmless. what hotel allows patrons, i think they were patrons??? or people from the bar to stay and party in the loby. I do not blame the night manager, for not stoipping it as he was alone and it could havve escalted. this is unsafe for your employees and was extreemly upsetting to me. Russ putland 980 474 8170

The rooms were nice and clean, plenty of room. The heater in our room was broken so you couldn’t adjust the temp. The pool area was freezing. Everyone that was out of the pool was in sweatshirts or jackets. The directions available in the hotel for finding stairs/elevators were terrible.

Pool and water play areas were way to cold. Uncomfortable for adults and too chilly for young kids. The reason for booking here was to play on slides with our children and they were shivering after one slide.

A little disappointed.. I selected this property for convenience far as being flexible to get to the airport to find out the shuttle doesn’t run til 8 am no exceptions.. manager would not approve a shuttle trip..so I’m having to schedule myself a taxi..not what I expected far as the name and reputation goes..the elevator has an odor .. just a different smell..front desk attendant was very polite and helpful.. just not a comfortable setting for mysel..

We went down to the restaurant for breakfast. There was only one employee. I give him credit. We seated ourselves and he could only find two menus. He took our order and he cooked. He did his best. But we paid over $60 for breakfast. I would have liked hot sauce for the table. We would have liked cream cheese for the bagel. And we would have liked refills on our beverages. Like I said he did his best but I wish we would of went to Perkins instead

The staff was very friendly! The rooms were also update and clean. However, the pillows were terrible and they don't even give you a comforter or thick blanket to sleep with.

The room we were put in is not updated at all like the pictures show when I booked it is very old and in rough condition all around, the corner of the wall is siliconed together looks like water damage as the wall is squishy, the pool area, hallways and the room had a bad smell.

No pool towels, the pool area was very under maintained, there were many random non hotel guests wondering the hotel as well as swimming in the pool, the restaurant and bar were closed and then opened for a small time and was cash only- New Year’s Eve mind you, the two security doors we used to enter the hotel did not work or lock properly, overall the hotel is very unclean, understaffed, unorganized and unsafe. That will be our last time with the establishment.

We stay at this hotel yearly, the update on the room from last year was exceptional except for the bathroom! The pool area is dirty and needs to be updated! Char at the front desk was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, accurate and made our challenge with hotels.com (2 separate reservations cuz they couldn’t accommodate modifying a change of adding an extra night) run smoothly! Char needs a raise! We did have to come to the front desk in am and that took over 30 min to checkout and check back in and changing of key cards! But thanks again to char we didn’t have to move rooms and she made sure to book us in the same room the 2nd and 3rd night! Thanks char! The security system for getting into building needs to be more secure, many times you didn’t need a key to open and I know you can’t help this but a lot of wonders outside that makes it sketchy….. but overall I would say we will still come back as the price is fair and we love having a bar, swimming and pool side room so overall the bad vs good, good wins! Please update the pool and bathrooms and give char a raise!! The Overmoe’s

More negatives than positive
Stayed here for a family weekend. Location was convenient near restaurants, mall, and UTCC. Cheap thru hotels discount. Negatives - Literally witnessed 7 birthday parties at the pool. Not fun at all for us. No room, kiddie pool is non-existent. Parties stayed in pool until 11pm+ at night and loud (were we 2nd floor overlooking pool). Rooms were ok. We had a good location near door/elevator. Parking lot was dirty. Would not choose to stay here again (we come to Bismarck every few months) there are plenty of other hotels with nice pools and not overcrowded.

Not worth you’re time or money
Room was dirty front desk guy was rude left less than a hour arriving and booked a room with a different hotel. Keep in mind I arrived at 1am and the room was so dirty I booked a hotel at best western and got there at1:30am also tried to see if we can get are money back and the hotel wouldn’t respond to hotels.com so I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else. You book a hotel to have fun,a nice night, good sleep, and no worries and you will be disappointed if you stay at this hotel.

Was told to park in the back for closest entrance to my room. Ended up getting a tire slashed. Upon inspection the next night I saw almost all the lights in the back parking lot were off and it was extremely dark. Wifi didn't work in my room. They sent a helpful tech promptly who fixed it but it broke again hours later. It was late at that point so I didn't call for more help. Area had an older mall and a lot of food options walkable. The Irish pub downtown was phenomenal and also walkable. Generally the property was very dated, smells of old damp carpet. Mattress was bowed inward. Dark and yellow overall. Parking lot was very icy all week. Staff was helpful but they are not given the resources to help or update anything that really needs it. Would not stay again.
