Hotel was OK. Room was small for the price. Young staff. A kitchen worker was berating a front desk clerk at the front desk when I arrived. It was something about a hamburger. (?) I found this to be unprofessional, especially at the front desk and in front of a customer. The clerk could not check me in, because the kitchen worker would not move out of the way.

Over all cleanliness was poor. Room was clean, but chair and bed was coming apart and very uncomfortable. Had breakfast in their cafe and it was very good.

Pros: Location
Cons: Old...needs to be renovated
Nice stay...would stay again. Place needs to be updated overall though

Cons: Needs to be remodeled and carpets in the lobby changed or cleaned.
I was there just to sleep and catch a flight the next day.

Not impressed with this facility. The potential is great, perhaps with a few improvements it could be a much better place. Has a beautiful interior, however it does not make up for the rudeness of the staff, the lack of water pressure in the room, and the stench of the water out of the faucet. The staff were very put out by having to check in customers, or assist them with questions. The water in the shower had very little pressure, and the smell... It could describe it as a combination of diesel truck exhaust and boiling water in a rusted cast iron pot. There were hairs in the sink, and garbage in the dresser drawers. There was no hotel directory in the room. If you stay here, you will not know where the pool is, exercise room, is there a continental breakfast? I still don't know. If it weren't for other guests telling us where to go, my son wouldn't have had the opportunity to swim. The pool would be ok enough for older children, but it's not friendly for younger children. The most shallow section is 3ft, but thats only a small corner of the pool. The room is very sterile. Nothing inviting at all. There were no changing rooms or bathrooms in the pool area, which makes me wonder how parents can enforce the rules of not peeing in the pool. Needless to say, we will not stay at this hotel again, and if I hadn't used my Expedia points, I'd be requesting at least a partial refund.

Great experience! Everyone was friendly even at 3:30am after several delays at airports! Highly recommended

Have always been pleased with the Radisson in the past. Was very disappointed in room cleanliness this visit.

There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and the bed was made very sloppy. Half full containers of complementary shampoo and conditioners.
