Initially the room that we reserved was very small with virtually no room to move our things into between the beds and the desk. But we moved to a different, larger room and the room was fine. The restaurant was understaffed and it was very difficult to order a meal, much less receive it and then it wasn't complete.

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Bismarck

The staff was very friendly. Free parking in their attached parking garage. It's a nice place to stay, I would recommend to anyone.

Great location

Close to great restaurants and bars, the Radisson is in such a perfect location. The only thing I do not love is the way the walls do not keep out the sound. Also there is no fan in the bathrooms, which isn’t a deal breaker but is inconvenient.

downtown availability

Won't let you cancel any nights booked with Expedia. Just wanted to cancel the last of 3 nights. Wouldn't let us.

Disappointed there was no fridge. Room was tiny and needs some updating.

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Location was perfect condition for us to walk to our event and they also had a courtesy van that gave us a ride 1 night.

Great Downtown Location

Radisson Bismarck

Pros: Location provides abundant opportunities for shopping and entertainment.
Front desk staff are exceptional. Tressa made my check in a breeze and provided supplies I had forgotten to pack. Madona and Chase provided excellent service (food was wonderful) for dinner and cocktails in the lounge. Shawna also provided exceptional service in the restaurant for breakfast the next morning. Overall this is a nice property and has an exceptional staff !
