First off, travelers need to know that there is no elevator. If you have knee issues or anything other issue that stairs impact you, make sure to get a first floor room. Be aware that you will be carrying your luggage up the stairs. Also, there was a man lying on the hall floor for the entire evening. At 11pm, a small child was in the hallway with the man screaming. His shoes were also left in the middle of the hallway. We called the front desk and the child continued to scream for about 30 minutes. I will not be staying here again. This hotel does have a good breakfast and staff are friendly.

Staff was not friendly and no smiles and welcoming.
Toilet did not fill very well - took about an hour to refill the tank - no one around to fix. A lot of their pop and chip machines were out of order.
No one around to welcome you to breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. It best a clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. Wish they gave you more than just 2 towels with 5 of us. But overall it was good hotel.

This place was very noisy and unclean. I felt uncomfortable staying here and tried to cancel my reservation after I checked in. They wouldn’t let me.

Property was a little sketch but the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms were nice - ours was freezing and even with the heater on, we couldn't get it to warm up much past 66 degrees --- which was a major frustration point -- but we were tired so we slept and it's not like we did much else in our room.

I guess you get what you pay for. But with a name like Ramada and Wyndom, not what you would expect. Room smelled. Shower wasn't cleaned. Definitely going to pony up next time instead of looking for a deal.

Staff very friendly! Comfortable beds. Hallways and grounds around building dirty. Sunday morning breakfast was bad. Monday mornings was a different staff working and breakfast was great.

Our stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The receptionists were very pleasant and made my family and I feel very welcome and safe. The breakfast is always amazing!!!! We will definitely be returning for more vacations.

I reserved 2 rooms and it's not what I expected The bathroom sink in one of the rooms had mud or dirt in it The bathtubs are dirty and grimy as if they haven't been deep cleaned The bathroom doors are falling apart and the door looks as though someone tried to pry it open before The pool is dirty and smelled of urine The free breakfast area very filthy This hotel is one of those run down drug hotels almost like a homeless shelter People yelling in the hallways at nights and kids running wild after 12pm couldn't get a good nights rest I and my family will never return to this hotel in the future

There is consistency in this location. I have stayed at this Ramada on a few occasions for the past two years and I count on a friendly staff, quiet sleep and a good breakfast.

For the price we paid, I did not expect much for breakfast, but they had sausage links, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, & waffles beyond the usual toast, cereal, juices, milk, & yogart. Plus there was a lounge/bar on site with a full liquor license.
