The cleanliness of room was disgusting. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets & matress pad kept coming off from corners. The bathroom sink would not drain, the 'lever' to open was completely missing. Couch in room was gross. I would not even touch it. Don't bother with free breakfast, not even coffee available. Hubby had to run water for 10 minutes just to get warm water to shower.

The room was clean but shabby,they offered a breakfast which surprised me,during the coronavirus the employees were not wearing masks, The hotel was almost totally empty and just not up-to-date.

Price a good deal, but the room was less than adequate. The floor mat on the bathtub had mold underneath it with a horrible smell. And the pull out couch had old chips in it and a big stain on the mattress. In my opinion, this hotel did not live up to the Ramada standards.

I liked that it was easily visible from main road and it was very secure. The couch was not in good condition; it was a light tan microfiber material that looked dirty. The staff were friendly, but a little slow. We had to get our keys redone, after the slow checkin.

I liked the location of the motel. The staff looked like they were not happy to be at work. I had to connect the TV to the wall to signal. The bathroom door was not level so it kept swinging open (definite hazard at night).

The bed sucked and is lumpy and the room was not very clean looked like mold in the fridge tray and hair and dirt in the bathroom on the floor. Me and the wife broke out in rashes after laying on the bed

At first glance, I noticed the parking lot was not cleared. But, wind was blowing snow, so no big deal. Our family had 3 rooms. Mine was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Instead, it had a bathtub with bars (which I could not use). I washed my child's face with one of the supposedly clean washcloths. He said it smelled funny. Upon closer inspection, there was mold that dried on it. The breakfast was heavy on carbs. They has sausage links. But, no eggs. One selection for cold cereal by the time I got there. Don't remember seeing any fruit. Was informed later there was some kind of yogurt in a fridge. Now for the good side of the review. We had a very recent death in the family and the all staff were super nice. They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the room (until the washcloth incident). The price was fair.

Bed was so comfortable, room was big and spacious. Shower had good water pressure. Only thing is we couldnt set a perfect temperature.

The guy at the front desk could be a little nicer; he seemed like I was bothering him when I checked in. Overall room was ok; a couple things were old and broken: chair had big rips in it and the bathroom floor was a lil broken up~just need some updating!

Booked this room for a visit to my family, but because of a miscommunication, my mom also booked us a room at a different hotel. We only realized this when we came to town the night of the reservation, and chose to stay at the other hotel. Called hotels.com immediately when I realized the mistake and they assured me they would try their best to get a full refund. After a week of back-and-forth between hotels.com and Ramada (not one night manager to be found, apparently!) finally Ramada refused our request for a refund (even partial, or for one of the nights) which is within their right but poor customer service. Would not recommend at all.

The room wasn't very clean. The floors needed vacuuming at the least and there were fingerprints and dust on most of the surfaces. The pool was a joke at only 4 feet deep, and both the pool and hot tub had hair floating in them. Only one jet in the hot tub worked and there were no controls available to operate it.

Unique? the young man checking us in acted like we were imposing on him, rude, rude. The room was clean. The toilet ran every 5 minutes all night. The ceiling was so thin we heard every step they took. Not a restful nights sleep. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The help was rude. The beds were old. Nasty hot tub dirty and brown water not hot at all. About like warm. Nothing really good about it. We left a day early it was just nasty! I wasted $50 extra bucks for a day I didn’t use!

Only disappointment is that i was double booked due to a hotels.com issue and was charged twice and still no refund. Site said i wouldn't be charged until check in. I was able to fix the double book on the 29th and on 30th charged for both

The pool heater was broken so it was a cold swim for us. Thankfully the hot tub was working so we could warm back up. It was older style (dated) but kept pretty clean. Beds were great, but room had some damage that shluld be fixed. Overall it was worth the price we paid and we would stay again (if the pool gets fixed).

The AC was super loud when it would turn on through the night. The whole room was dirty with stains in the couch and French Frys in the heater vent. Bedding was dirty. The room smelled funny.

Was very disappointed stay .After driving all day to get there we just wanted to unwind sitting in the pool ,the pool was freezing not the 76 degrees that the night person tried to tell us. No problem we will just go to our room and watch a tv Not . Although the night person came to our room tried to fix it by changing the batteries on the remote nothing.In the past i would have been given the option of a different room with a working TV or switched the Tv . Not here next morning we go to the continental breakfast to find dried out donuts day old bread cold eggs.Was not happy at all with my stay first time they have disappointed me .I will rethink my stay in another Ramada
