Pros: When they ran out of coffee at breakfast the nice gentleman working offered to bring a full cup up to my room when the new coffee was finishe brewing
Cons: Cleaning, ditch the disgusting couch.
Location: Not much, was surrounded by commercial shipping business. Decent restaurant but you have to cross a busy 5 lane road.
There was a microfiber couch in the room full of stains and the sheets were stained. There was hair all over the tub. The blinds wouldn't close all the way.

Nice hotel. Plenty big room for my husband and our dog! Loved that they were accommodating with our large dog. Bathroom always slightly dated but served us well.

Pros: Location Sitting area. Breakfast
Cons: House cleaning of floor
Location: We only had one night, close restaurants and where we needed to be the next day.
We only stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early. Chose it through Expedia. One of the best hotels they have found for us. Liked the location and tv/couch sitting area. Good breakfast with clean atmosphere. Room could have been vacuumed better, as pieces of papers were scattered about.

Convenient, but very bare minimum

Cons: Few things to be worked this hotel to get to a minimum standard (in my comments).Could probably be a nice no frills place with a little more attention
Location: This hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown, and just one exit down from some ok eating places.
I was on a road trip, with a quick overnight in Bismarck. This hotel seemed conveniently located right off interstate, seemed to be a fair price and a decent value for the money for what I was looking for. The staff were friendly, and the room was adequate, and clean. Upon arrival, the front door was stuck open, and needed some kind of adjustment so that it would close by itself without sticking to the concrete. It has a pool, which seems ok - I was told it was cold, but it had just been worked on so that's fair. The fitness center has a low quality wobbly treadmill, a decent eliptical/cross trainer, and a very poor quality bike that's busted. There's also a bow flex machine that has seen better days. Although there's a sign in the fitness center saying it's cleaned/serviced often (2X/day?), the floor & under the machines was dirty - more dirty than a couple hours worth. You're asked to wipe off machines after use, but there's nothing to wipe them off with and the drinking water was empty both times I was in there. The business center is a computer in a hallway with a monitor and printer. None of the internet connections worked when I tried it. Not a huge deal, but when I checked out there were about 4 people at the desk engaged in their own conversation and they barely made eye contact, but just said I was 'good to go' when put my keys on the counter. Speedy checkout but not very personal. One of them had an unlit cigarette, so guessing it was ciggy break time

Pros: Breakfast options were good
Cons: Hotel rooms were dirty and common areas were also in need of cleaning. Hotels need to be cleaned and maintained on daily basis.

This Ramada limited needs strong mgmt to ensure Hotel is getting cleaned out a daily basis. Also reading prior reviews, the pool seems to be broke all the time. Either maintain the property or close it down. I gave Ramada a try and will not stay at one again. I will continue to stay Hilton properties as they consistently show how to run hotel properties.

Dirty hotel

This stay was horrible. We had many issues with the room. The pull out couch had a large yellow stain on the sheets and matterss. The TV had to be changed to the hdmi cable every time it was turned on. The one light switch in the room controlled all the lights. We wanted to turn offor just one light and we where unable to do that because it was controlled by the light switch. When we checked in we where informed the pool had a draining issue so that wasn't working. In the morning when we saw the pool area it was very gross. We would not have swam in it even if it was working. It was very dirty.

Staff very nice. Hotel is showing its age. Deadbolt was broken on door. Water pressure in shower was great.
