"Ida helped us when we arrived. She was quick to communicate via WhatsApp and excellent at showing the apartment even though we had a slight language barrier. "When we arrived at Bisceglie the owner came to pick us up from train station, and showed us the room we were staying in. One of the rooms did not look like the pictures at all.
