Amazing location, outdated rooms.

The moutains are amazing to look at and stay in. Have several dispensaries within miles and locals are great people. My only issue is, the bed we had in our room was so old and SO many people had stayed in that room that the mattress sank on one side rendering a king sized bed useless. The room was mostly clean for the most part. Constant construction on the building also made the stay a bit uneasy. Considering the company had several things stolen during our stay which made me question if my things were safe. So our mountain side view turned into a boommlift with generator hanging from it in front of our window. The walls are very thin as well. Can't have any "private" time without the rooms next to you or above and below you hearing you or anyone else that may be having late night fun. I loved the town and the people and that's what made up for it.

Pros: Close to anything you need... Buffet!! Awesome
Cons: Time the buffet was open.
Soaps and lotions are a bit cut rate but I get that. Its all margins..

Nice hotel for the money.

Pros: Eating establishments served wonderful food. Was not disappointed with food we had at Trade Winds or Buffet.
Cons: toilet seat was broken.
Location: If you enjoy gambling you are in the right place. Excellent roads to nearby towns and beautiful view of the mountains. Nothing for kids to do.
Nice hotel and casino. Staff very pleasant . Easy to get to and easy to go to surrounding areas. This is the second time I have stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It was an okay stay for a night. Dated. Elevators extremely slow. Air in room barely worked.

Nice view of the mountains

Had a very good time. Crab legs were overcooked and bland tasting. Disappointed because there was no microwave. We needed to melt our chocolate for our strawberries. It was out 3rd year Anniversary. The Jacuzzi was great. We would do it again.

Location: nice restaurants and casino
Although the location of the hotel is perfect, the experience was awful. People working at the desk were rude and slow. We got up to our room and our keys didn't work. We had stood in line for 30-45 minutes, with 3 people at the desk and a couple of people in line. Our room was Hot. Tried to switch to A/C, and left the room. We got up there around 11:30, and the room was still Hot. The desk said they would call maintenance, 30 minutes later, no one had come. Called the desk again, and they said because of a snowstorm 3 days before they were in "heat mode" and not able to change that. They wanted to move us to a nearby sister property. No apology, no free breakfast, nothing. I won't go back

Good casino BAD Hotel!!!!

To start, We Showed up to hotel and recently painted doors to enter from parking garage with no signs to indicate wet paint ruined my shirt when trying to open. Hotel staff only offered apologies and wet naps. Room had several squashed bugs on multiple walls and a small nest of spiders were found. Wanted to leave hotel immediately but settled to just change rooms. AIR conditioning in new room did not work. Several other issues but to long to go into detail. Staff was apathetic and even some were unprofessional using curse words around guest. Would not recommend hotel.

It's just OK

Pros: convenient to gambling
Cons: bed comfort, quality of staff knowledge & customer service
Check in was not efficient and handled very poorly, bed uncomfortable, hallways noisy, good deals with gambling/member card/buffets though! Cleaning staff put out 'Do Not Disturb' signs on our doors, after we had removed them, while they were cleaning other rooms on the floor.
