Great stay room was clean, and our check in host was warm and friendly had no problems asking him questions he was very easy to talk to I wish I would have got his name, our room was in a great location and they had cranberry snacks included in the continental breakfast for the cranberry fest customers nice touch.

Close to Freeway & good restuarantPosted Aug 3, 2015
Location: Amish country side trip is close by. Even a casino if you like that.
Also close to Wal-Mart for those items you always need on a trip. Plenty of parking. Older building but clean and rooms are comfortable. I stayed a week and made it my base for other side trips as it was so easy to get back to.

A good stay over at a reasonable pricePosted Jul 10, 2015 on Hotels
A comfortable stay, with friendly Staff. A little out of the way, as far as 'Dining Choices' went, but handy to the Highway, without suffering traffic noise

Less than MediocrePosted Jun 24, 2015
About halfway between Chicago and Minneapolis, but that's about the only thing going for it. Sheets were sketchy, A/C unit needed to be plugged in because the dials were missing. This was only a place to sleep while on a road trip.

Great stay with minimal issuesPosted Jun 17, 2015 on Hotels
My daughter, granddaughter and I went to the Sparta/Tomah are to visit family for a total of 7 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned well. Occasionally, the housekeeper forgot to leave coffee, but this was easily remedied by visiting the front desk. The beds were comfortable, however, the pillows were too hard for my liking. I will remember to bring my own pillow next time. The continental breakfast was pretty darn good, even offering sugar-free syrup for the waffles. The flat-screen TV had a great picture, but the last night we were there we lost the sound on the TV. Cell phone reception was lousy, but that was true of the entire Sparta/Tomah area (not just the motel). We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this motel.

Great Customer ServicePosted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
We were in the area for an event. Due to some kind of miscommunication--maybe because of third-party booking--we were assigned a room which wasn't quite ready for new guests. When I said something to the person at the desk, right away she gave us an upgraded room for the same price as the smaller one. We were very pleased with this great customer service!
