Reasonable hotel in Bourgas close to town center.
A typical hotel ... basic and comfortable. Breakfast served on top floor was just about ok. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not good enough for a suite, so the whole place felt pretty warm unless you were standing under the AC duct

Clean & Great Location
Nice and clean hotel just foot steps away from the central part of Burgas. Very close to shops, dining, and transportation. Would definitely stay there again for my next trip!

A good start but downhill from there
The hotel is in an excellent location and easy to find. Check in was pleasant and the room was nice and well appointed. Then it rained heavily and water came in through the window frame. We were moved quickly and the new room was fine. Water was coming in though windows in the common areas and restaurant. I requested tea bags etc as there were none with the kettle and cups that were provided in the room. I was told that I could have some if I paid for them at the restaurant prices. This is the first time I have heard of such a thing. Breakfast was a disaster. It began at 7.30 and we arrived at 7.35. The coach party ahead of us had cleared plates of fruit and vegetables and the supervisor had no interest in replenishing them. I had to argue to get him to refill the kettle! Our choice was very limited and I can't imagine what people who came to eat an hour later were given. We stayed in four hotels during our visit to Bulgaria. This was both the most expensive and the worst. I think that there are many better options in the area.

Hotel Burgas, delightful hotel in centre of city.
Nice, clean modern hotel in heart of Burgas Town Centre. Easdoory walking distance to beach and industrial port. A very acceptable Craft Beer bar / restaurant directly opposite hotel front door. Very reasonable room rate on hotels.xom

Comfortable hotel very close to bus/train stations
This comfortable, clean, quite upmarket, hotel is only meters away from the bus and train stations. The buffet breakfast was good and served in a place with great views over the port.

Great location
Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only negative is that there is a night club next door. Had to move rooms but it all worked out. In the morning they offer breakfast on the 6th floor. It is a small buffet style but adequate choices of cold and hot breakfast. The WiFi is only existent in the lobby- that will be the only thing that would stop me from choosing this hotel next time.

great Location lovely City Centre
I thought it maybe hard to find but the GPS delivered me to the front door. the bookin was easily done and a lift to take me to my well appointed room. The room was well equipped had a limited city view. Secure free parking was provided. Breakfast was excellent both in service and quality with a great view towards the harbour as well. Hotel assisted in all manners allowing use of the lobby bar for an extended wait. The location is less then half a block to the city centre. The city centre haad multile meal options and is well kept and interesting in layout. The city centre appears safe with many families still out after 11pm. It has numerous fountains including a mist fountain and clean stalls. It was well kept.

Very convenient for travel.
Basic hotel that is very useful if traveling via bus or train as it is located right next to the station. Not glamourous but ticks all the boxes and is very clean.

Across the street from Train Station
Convenient hotel to the railroad station. Basically just across the street. The room was comfortable, clean, with good beds. I had no problem with the Wi Fi that was supplied by the hotel.

Nonfunctional WiFi: during our stay, the WiFi barely works ( it took 30 mins to 50 mins to open a Google webpage) we tried to go down to the lobby, to the restaurant, to the stairs, never got functional WiFi. Wrong room: we booked a room with a king bed, but got a room with twin bed. Impossible to change the room even though they acknowledged that we booked a king bed.

The hotel is quite nice, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Great location near the Sea and right next to the center walking area. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean, bathroom tidy and amenities were as advertised. However they need to clean the carpets and freshen up the furniture in the room to bring it back up to standard. They were a bit worn and dirty. Otherwise nice place.

Second room a charm
We arrived early. We had to wait for check in. Not a problem because they allowed us to change our travel clothes into site seeing clothes. The first room was a disappointment. Room 405! Second room very good,clean but old stains on carpet but it was clean. What made the stay so enjoyable was the staff. Five minutes or less to address any concern whatsoever. I'd stay there again. Breakfast was included and very good foods, including fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, etcetera. Dine on the balcony or inside.

Dreadful experience!
Non-smokers beware! Although the hotel is meant to be strictly non-smoking, a stale cigarette stench lingers in all areas. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if that was only within the common areas but unfortunately bedrooms were just as bad as the lobby bar on the 1st floor. A lady in the lobby bar advised me and my friends that the smell was coming from the casino based in the basement and there was nothing they could do about it. When I complained, I was told that smoking was not permitted in the hotel and the receptionist was unable to tell me why the hotel smelled so bad. In fact, she made me feel as if I was making it up! I was then offered a different room based on floor 5 instead of 2. Initially, it felt a bit fresher but I soon realised that the unpleasant cigarette smell was distributed through the aircon vents! Utterly horrible experience! The standard of the hotel is most definitely not 4 star; the hotel stinks, the cleanliness is questionable and staff clearly don't care! 2 star at a push!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Free limited parking in the area but adjacent car park available at reasonable rates. Buffet breakfast was plain but substantial, although ,at busy times, there were fairly long delays while food items were replenished. Restaurant only provided breakfast - there was no lunch or dinner available.

Really good hotel
The location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of the town centre. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast wasn't great, but still ok. The only annoying thing was that we had a room that smelled awfully of cigarette smoke. I'm not quite sure where the smoke came from, but in some instances it was almost sickening. The hotel has a no smoking policy so I really don't understand where the smell came from. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Burgas. It is very good value for money.

Stayed in hotel towards end of summer season, town was quiet, not much to do. Hotel was close to the sea, but in that location it was mainly cranes and industrial sceneries, no beach nearby. Breakfast was not great, parking on the yard cost extra.. Would not go back.

Air conditioning is the major issue
Recently stayed here for 2 nights and used Bourgas as a base to visit Nessabar and Sozopol on day trips. starting with the positives: 1. Literally across from the train station/ Yug bus station, location wise it can't be beat. 2. Great breakfast selections. The restaurant is on the top floor, you can either eat inside or on the patio with harbour view. I gave it 3 star rating but didn't recommend it due to the following reasons: 1. It's mid September, they probably tune down the central ac setting. But during the day it could still get hot so this is problematic. I turned the ac to the max at night, it's still 25 degrees, very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep well. 2. It claims to be the 4 star hotel but it doesn't have in room safe. And they charge 5 lv per day to use it at the reception, which i don't its acceptable

The main problem with my stay at this hotel was the lack of non-smoking rooms. Apparently they were full and I had no choice but to stay in a smoking room. It was a terrible experience and I couldn't wait to leave. So I suppose if you are a smoker, this hotel is for you. Otherwise, you may be out of luck.

I stayed for one night and almost everything was nice but there was one problem. In the hotel description, in "Services" section it is written "Parking (free)" but it wasn't true. There wasn't any parking place for my car and I wasted 20 minutes to find out parking place in the neighbourhood streets.

This was a completely reasonable place to stay in Burgas, but I must say that I wasn't as impressed with it as other reviewers seemed to be. Its location is extremely convenient - an easy walk to the train and bus stations, a short walk to the park and beach. The receptionist was polite and helpful: I arrived in the morning and she let me store my bag, told me I'd be able to check in at 12 instead of 2, and also allowed me to store my bag again after I checked out. The room was spacious and clean although the carpet looked a little dingy. Housekeeping rattled the door and walked in on me without knocking to replace a can of Coke in the mini-bar. Breakfast was the usual spread. Outside street noise got a little loud at times. No real complaints, but it wasn't a particular standout either.

A lovely clean, smart new hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than you would get in a 5* but quality was excellent. Finding the hotel initially was a problem because of all the roadworks going on but I guess this will be resolved in time. Although parking is offered - and this was a major reason for my booking here - it was on street and this could be difficult when the season takes off. Location is very convenient for all the major sights.
