The hotel and room were fine, staff friendly so no issues with any of that. What let the hotel down was the food service and quality. Had a bar meal on the Sunday night - Fish and Chips, the fish was decent but only got around 10-15 chips and the smallest ramekin of peas I've ever seen. Partner got the Chicken Tikka Curry which she wasn't impressed with, suspected it might have been frozen. However the real low point was breakfast, which can only be described as chaotic. Must've seen only about 3 staff tryin to cater for around 70 customers. They ran out of orange juice which wasn't replaced. Waited 5 mins for beans which were stone cold. Other issues too, very disappointing

"Spa is not on hotel. You have to leave the hotel and then go across a concourse (in a shopping centre). No phones in spa area meant out of touch with children. Restaurant staff not helpful and a seated area was closed well before breakfast was concluded. Breakfast not that great."
