Would recommend
The hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel located just 4 minutes from the Pleasure Beach which was even better, as during our stay it rained constantly, which enabled us to pop back to the hotel for a cuppa and to dry out a few times!

Excellent spot for short family trip to Blackpool
Very clean, host’s friendly, breakfast excellent, location excellent, had to Park about 300 metres away. Honestly it was faultless other than I woke up cold each night.

nice small clean family friendly hotel,went for 2 days with my husband and 5 year old daughter. really good location,easy to find, nice staff and lovely breakfast. would definately recommend this hotel and we may come again next year 😀

Excellent Location with friendly staff.
I have three small children and I wanted everything close by. Takeaways and shops opposite the hotel. The room was nice and clean with a working tv with loads of channels. Kids loved the bunk bed. Toilet was a bit small but not an issue. Plenty of storage space for our clothes etc. Will stay again.

Weekend break
The room was spotless ,although could have done with being a bit bigger, was more like a single room but with a double bed put in,if it had been two large people they would have had trouble getting up the side of the bed,staff were really friendly, and polite, I would stay again if given a larger room,unfortunately my husband took I'll and we had to leave a day earlier.

Very friendly and great location
Very friendly staff. Great location right by South Pier, Water park and Pleasure beach. Andrew was very helpful and shuffled rooms around to allow us to stay an additional night at short notice. Not even a late night fire alarm could dampen our stay.

We didn't stay here although first impressions looked great though When we arrived we were told that HOTELS.COM had only sent the request to them the day before, when we actually booked it weeks ago. Therefore they didn't have a room for us. However the owner was very lovely and made arrangements for us to stay elsewhere, bless him. Very kind

This hotel is idle for the family. Little away from the station but was very close to the sand castle water park and the pleasure beach. Andrew was very friendly and helpful. We had booked a family room so we got bunker beds we are not used to so it quite uncomfortable and bathroom was very small.

Very good hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of choices available. The criticism would be the lack of parking but this through no fault of the hotel.

Very handy for the promenade and tram
Parking isn't available at the hotel but at the end of the road was a good car park where we paid only £12 for 48 hours. Hotel staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was good. Beds were soft. Rooms small but adequate and very clean. Great for the children to have a bunk bed.

We stayed here for 1 night to see the illuminations, it was in a great location, the room was really comfy and clean,the staff was helpful, we wished we would of stayed longer, definitely will be back.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is in a great location, next to south pier and close to the pleasure beach. The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room was adequate for for the purpose on which it was intended. We stayed 2 nights and were a family of 5. It's actually one if the nicer hotels that I have stayed in down in Blackpool. Would highly recommend it. The breakfast was lovely too.

Fabulous little hotel
Andrew and staff we very helpful and informative. Room was lovely and had the best duvet and pillow ever, really soft and comfortable. Breakfast eas also very good, hot and freshly made to order.

unclean hotel
myself and my two daughters were so looking forward to our little break away, yet when i arrived i was astounded to find that it was filthy the hotel room.The bedding i could see had not been changed as there was crumbs on both mine and my daughters bedding. under the bed there was hoola hoops and bottle tops and had not been hoovered at all whatsoever. As i pulled back my duvet cover, i was mortified to find a pubic hair on the sheet. Needless to say i didnt want to stay there. All in all, i most certainly would not advice anyone stay here, unless you dont mind that kind of thing. This is not acceptable and has ruined what would have been a lovely break away with me and my children.

i can say 100% this guest never stayed at the danescourt hotel! the guest never checked in to the hotel but the guest was charged due to no show.im just very upset that this guest feels like they need to slander our good name.please understand we had to charge as you did not cancel the booking with us and so we could not resell your room and would have lost our income.please feel free to read other review sites on us to confirm how clean and friendly we are.

Better than expected
This hotel was much more than we expected. We managed to park straight across the road for free and it was so close to the south peir...it was fantastic. The only downside was our family room was at the top floor and when you have a 3 yr old a 2 yr old and 7 months pregnant its a bit if a task. Oh, and the air fresheners! there was 4 in our room, i had to bag them up and leave them in the bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. great choice and quick service. Our table was made up ready when we got down stairs. Best paying in cash as all cards are charged for.

Great hotel for a family
Very friendly reception by David on arrival. Room was very clean & comfy. TV with freeview & kettle with coffee & tea you can make yourself, refilled everyday with clean cups. We had a room facing the front so a little noisy at night with the window open(fine if we closed it). Plenty of cafes & takeaways & gift shops opposite. Full english breakfast was very filling & wonderful service. This is such a convenient situated B&B. Very short walk to Pleasure Beach, South Pier & Sandcastle. Tram stop just at the pier. My 3 kids & I spent 2 days in that area without using the car. I parked my car in the next street where i found a parking space & left it there for 3 days quite safely on the side of the road. Parking maybe a little tricky,you just have to look around otherwise there is a carpark on a corner not far from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. If i were to stay in Blackpool again i would stay here. Great value for money.

Excellent Hotel
Stayed for a weekend recently with my family. The hotel was clean, tidy, in a great location next to the sea front. Service was excellent, anything you required they had - couldnt fault anything. Will definately stay again !!

黑泽的Danescourt Hotel-小却很温馨
我们是在旅游淡季去的黑泽，黑泽满大街都是旅馆，Danescourt Hotel是一家门面很不起眼的小旅馆，但是走进这家不起眼的小房子，却发现主人的布置很细心，一楼临街的是一间小的茶座，再往里边是餐厅和酒吧(吧台很小)，我们的住房在二楼，是一间五人间，空间有点小，但是很干净，主人超级细心，在走廊过道的公共区域放着电熨斗和熨板，我们起床时候迟了过了早饭时间，店主知道我们没有吃东西后，为我们提供了烤面包片和咖啡，而且没有收我们钱。
