Window handle was broken. Wind was blowing through everywhere. House needs a good dusting. The best part was the breakfast. I would never come back again.

Thankyou for your comments .I have checked the handle in that room and there is nothing wrong with it and does work.I can’t help the weather outside that is out of my control .You stated your room was lovely and you stated at breakfast the hotel is very clean and you would come back again .If there was a problem you should of come to speak to us but from your comments there was not a problem as you praised our cleanliness and you praised our room and there was not a problem with window but thanks for your comments

Excellent one night stay
One night stay as seeing a show. Warm, welcoming and spotless. Really comfy bed too. Great hosts snd lovely home cooked food. Will definitely stay again.

Room very comfortable. Drinks making facilities good. Fresh milk on arrival was welcomed. Fridge in the room was appreciated. Bathroom cleanliness not great and hot water was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was very tasty. Service friendly but slow. Hotel adequate for our one night stay.

Great find, very pleased with the room and all the extras like a fridge in the room and bottled water, a comfy bed and fabulous breakfast made with a good quality produce and really friendly staff and owners.

Amazing
This hotel has an amazing feel. We were welcomed with open arms into their wonderful hotel. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious as was the evening meal, all home made. We would highly recommend this hotel, so much so I’ve booked to come back in August for my husband to be’s birthday.

Very DeLovely
Super little hotel very central to all amenities, but in a good location. Nice little touches in the room like a fridge, safe, fresh milk and quality toiletries. Friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. A piping hot well cooked breakfast. I have stayed before, and I would stay again.

Blackpool’s best. Delovely is… lovely!
We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived we felt like old friends returning… shown into our room (we had the Tiger Room) by the friendly and welcoming owners/hosts. All bedrooms are en-suite with comfy beds and great facilities, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, toiletries. Comfortable and clean, and we slept so well. There’s a great little bar downstairs and also a few steps away at the De-Lovely II sister hotel. It’s the best location in a real LGBT friendly area, Funny Girls a few minutes walk away, also the North Pier, bars, restaurants. In the morning you have an amazing breakfast included in the price, Full English or veggie plus so much more choice. This hotel has everything you need for the perfect stay in Blackpool. In fact, everything about it is ‘de-lovely’. It’s homely and full of character. Thank you to the owners Charlie and Mark, and Sammy and the others members of staff who made us so welcome and made sure we had the best holiday in Blackpool. We knew by day two that we would be coming back, so see you all soon!

I would definitely recommend this place! At first I was a little curious because the price was so cheap but it was a great place. The room was small but perfect for me as I was only my own, it was very clean and comfortable. I would defiantly stay here again

ANOTHER PERFECT STAY AT DE-LOVELY
Yet again another perfect stay at De-lovely, Stevie and Leigh are amazing hosts and it's a pleasure to stay with them every time. There is no other hotel, I believe in Blackpool that comes anywhere near as excellent as De-lovely, hosts are attentive, caring and extremely sincere, I hate to leave!

We arrived early, but our hosts checked us in, offered fresh coffee and accelerated our room prep. We were checked in by 11am. The room was clean and well appointed, with lots if nice little touches. The hotel is a quick walk to the Tower, where we spent most of our time. Breakfast was gorgeous - both the full English and the veggie

I booked to stay two nights in a single room, Leigh and Steve were great hosts, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Breakfast was lovely and would cater for anything else that you wanted, im a full english sort of person and always set me up for the day. The room was adiquate, a hand held shower, was comfortable and spacious for what i needed. Would stay here again if i came back to Blackpool, a jewel in Blackpool's crown

Stayed at De-lovely for a weekend. Instantly knew was good decision when after taking our bags to the room one of our hosts went to find a place to park our car free for the weekend. The delicious breakfast set us up for a busy day and the fabulous room provided a restful night's sleep. It's already on our pleces to revisit list. No hesitation on recommending

I was in Blackpool for the weekend and the proprietors were welcoming, friend and helpful. I was offered tea as I checked in, helped to my room, the breakfast was a delight and they offered good advise regarding the Blackpool Illuminations that I was seeing for the first time. Definitely a place I will consider staying again if the accommodation is available when visiting Blackpool again.

What a gorgeous place, with friendly, helpful hosts. Impressed with the attention to detail as well as the cleanliness, such as loads of milk and full sized mugs in the room for a lovely cuppa after a breezy walk along the golden mile. Best full English breakfast ever and the other guests were very nice too, well behaved children with the family groups which makes a nice change! Quiet and peaceful and a cracking nights sleep in the high quality bedding. This will definitely be our regular spot after visiting some other mediocre Blackpool hotels and guest houses in the past. Keep up the good work.
