Pros: location
Cons: make rooms non smoking. Update furnishings. Make shower safely accessible
Location: ideal location for Wintergardens and Theatre
The staff were very nice and breakfast was ok but the room had overpowering smell of cigarette smoke which was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable curtains and decor....terrible. Unable to use the shower as the step up to it was higher than we could manage....safely. On the plus side it was relatively inexpensive

Cheap hotel with friendly staff

Posted May 14, 2017
Pros: Staff and price. Breakfast included.
Location: Situated on a quiet road. Close to train station and beach/Winter Gardens/Tower etc. Plenty of takeaways, cafes, and bars nearby.
A very warm welcome from friendly staff. Cheap, clean room and shared bathroom and toilet. Excellent wifi and just 2 minute walk from Blackpool North train station.

Great but no private bathroom as stated on booking. Being able to smoke in the rooms made the stay more comfortable

Weekend away

Posted Apr 18, 2017 on Hotels
At first view very disappointing it was more like a bedsit than a guest house. The room was small and in average condition. The guest house looked tired and dated. No hot water only from the shower which was an experience if another room used the water. The owner was pleasant enough and breakfast was OK. No parking owner directed us to railway station car park which was £14 for 2 days.location not bad set back from the beach by the north pier.
