"There is no entertainment at this property so please dont book on that basis, the walls are thin and the rooms are small. The staff are helpful to a degree but seem to decide themselves weather they can be bothered to serve alcohol or not. The lift is tiny, so if claustrophobic then dont use, the location is okay, its about .8 miles from north pier which isn't bad on foot, or a tram stop stright outside! The sea views might be good if youre lucky to have one, not so great if your view is to the rear of a backfilled. The rooms are also small and noise carries so much, so if you enjoy sleep, maybe its upto you. But this was definitely a budget stay so I suppose you definitely get what you pay for"

Complain at reception they did upgrade us to another room however this was still dirty and not what i was expecting at all. Would never return again."
