I thought the staff were very helpful and I would recommend the hotel to anyone easy access for the tram to go to Fleetwood and blackpool

Has the ability to be a great place but is looking very tired and run down, although was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The availability of hot snacks would have been good!

Check in was atrocious. Only two staff members on for two large booking parties. We waited 40 minutes. The room was more suitable for a single bed. The bathroom wasn't clean, I have photo's, the bathroom window had no frosting or curtain on it, people across the street could see in especially when the light was on so we left it off. Three other people tried to get into the room whilst we were trying to sleep which was impossible due to how uncomfortable the bed was. There was no remote control for the TV so we didn't use that. The duvet cover was inside out. The bathroom door didn't close properly as it was damaged. The curtain in the room wouldn't open properly once it had been closed. There was no hot water in the bathroom, my husband had to shower in cold water, I didn't use it but boiled the kettle for a wash instead. Most of the onsite vending machines were out of order. The mini break was booked for my husbands birthday. I'm afraid to say that we will not be returning to Norbreck Castle. Having been twice before he specifically requested it. I'm sorely disappointed with our stay this time.

Only stayed one night staff loverly breakfast superb, our room was clean my only criticism is it’s in need of an update…. Carpets very worn and some walls need attention but other than that a lovely place to stay

I didn't like anything. Cant sleep the rooms are freezing cold. You have to request a heater. Curtains stained. This hotel should be the hotel from hell it's that run down i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay her. Also only 1 socket in room so I couldn't charge phone

Pool out of use.
One of main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool but unfortunately it was not in use and had not been for a few days prior. They should have specified this on their website.

Not ideal for everyone
No WiFi in room, unless you pay for premium. I wasn't aware of the £3 a night parking, until I'd got to check in. And no information was available and I wasn't made aware, until I asked in the restaurant, that you needed to pre pay for evening meal, but sadly by then they where all sold up. I was looking forward to a swim, and time in the sauna, but it was all closed up. Room was clean, with fresh linen, and towels, working hairdryer and kettle was also in the room. But the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the water took over 10 minutes to get warm. Also there was a gale force wind, coming from the window. Evening entertainment not my cup of tea, and the band was boring, and they didn't even try to get people to feel included. Long queue for the bar, and at check in too. And it's quite a long walk to any other entertainment or food places.

We had a nice time at the Norbreck Castle hotel the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was very good and plentiful ,also our bedroom was clean with nice white sheets and clean white towels. I think they could make the frontage of the hotel much better by having freshly painted doors with maybe some nice greenery outside and giving the windows a good clean.

Wost stay ever food was okey entertainment Was rubbish we wanted to play pool but had to leave a deposit wich was so expensive nothing was really working in the games room n we had to pay to go swimming we book the hotel n swimming should be included in the price ov booking i will not being coming back

Windows inside the room were filthy and there was a vape left from previous guest. Property so old, floorboards creaking everywhere. Difficult to sleep with guests coming back late and floorboards in bad way. Poured hot water into cup for tea in buffet lounge and had floating black bits in it. Remote control filthy in room.

Room was freezing and radiator didnt work. Tv handset deliberately had no batteries . Once worked out how to turn on couldnt see a thing as screen cracked badly. Room was a good 5 minute walk up 2 lots stairs. Add fact poo in shower drain this was my 2nd and last stay at this hotel

Where do l start. 1 hour just to book in, room, bed was rock hard and very old mattress, carpets though out old and fraid, staff. Well l am going to have to say hotel manager was absolutely ridiculous l would never talk to a customer as she did me. And that was me being polite. Bar staff well they was fantastic . Anyone thinking of coming to this hotel DON'T . GO TO BLACKPOOL THEY SAID, IT WILL BE FUN THEY SAID........out of 100 l am not even giving a 1 .......

2nd time we stayed there and love it.nicely away from the town and easy to access using the tram or buses. Recommend getting the all day pass to make it easier to go where you want .hotel is clean and staff are very friendly .

I could hear next rooms whole conversation. I complained 4 times to loud music coming from room opposite and they said deal with it. Its a hotel. Its grotty. Dirty and unclean. Never staying again
