Sea View House is a luxury 6 bedroom property located on North Promenade, just a 10 minute walk down the promenade to Blackpool Town Centre. The property has been completed renovated to be your perfect sanctuary with breath taking sea views, while providing a comfortable home from home stay.

Sea View House, can sleep up to 16 people comfortably; on the lower ground floor of the property there is a family lounge area with a large double sofa bed, then on the ground floor of the property there is; 1 double bedroom with its own en-suite. On level 1 of the property, you will find a twin king-size bedroom with en-suite, a twin single bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a super-king bedroom with en-suite, also on Level 1 is a small balcony with views across the sea with a bistro seating area. On level 2 of the property, you will find a double bedroom with en-suite and super-king bedroom with en-suite. Every room has its own shower en-suite and twin single bedroom has a jacuzzi bathroom. There is a general use WC on the ground floor.

With regards to the main living space, you have a very bright and airy lounge with breath taking sea views over the Blackpool Seafront. Heading through the property you will find a large dining room with a table to seat up to 10 adults. Leading on from the dining room there is a kitchen complete with island and a games room with Pool table and Darts board. Externally the property has 2 balconies for use along with a secluded side garden entertaining area equipped with bbq and hot tub.
