Pros: The rate.
It's what you'd expect based on the rate we paid. Toilet didn't flush as the flapper was broken; had to reach our hands inside the tank every time we wanted to flush. Mildew on caulking in shower.

The Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. However....The room was not clean. There was trash under the bed and the bathroom was dirty with hair mold in the tub. The carpet was grimy and the walls had stains all over them. I was seriously worried about bed bugs in this place. I will not ever stay here again.

I would like to note pretty decent breakfast, especially for extremely inexpensive price of stay. Also, good and welcoming attitude of people servicing breakfast area.

Completely met our expectations

We had a short stay for a Virginia Tech game and the hotel pleasantly met our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly at check in and check out. Our room was clean, smelled pleasant, (e.g., no smell of smoke in our non-smoking room), and the bed was comfortable. The only issue during our stay was that the coffee maker leaked all over the table when brewing. We reported it at check out and the person at the desk was very kind, apologized and said they would replace it.

Horrible WiFi and poor room quality.

There was no WiFi (horrible service). I could hear my neighbors. Break Fast has very few options.

$200 per night for at most a 2 star establishment so that was pretty unreasonable. There was a previous guest's dirty sock left in the room on the floor so I can't imagine it was vacuumed between guests. And while clean towels were left and trash emptied during our stay, the beds weren't made.
