Neat and clean property. Parking a little cramped for my F250 as there was a sign not allowing you to use the neighboring empty parking area

Comfortable stop-over
Very conveniently located on the I-81 corridor with easy on and off access and gas, etc nearby. Good selection at breakfast and very pleasant staff.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. There were a couple of restaurants only within a few blocks. The carpeting looked clean and new. The furniture in the common areas could be updated. The breakfast selection was skimpy. No fruit. No waffles. Staff was friendly, helpful and answered the phone promptly when we had a concern. There was just one microwave and it was in the lobby, but it was all right. We had brought some soup that needed to be heated, so we had to go downstairs to do that. Inconvenient, but it worked.

Stayed here on the way home from Nashville to Richmond, VA. The staff was super friendly and the room was neat as a pin with a very comfortable king bed. We definitely recommend this Fairfield Inn.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is easy from getting there, to parking, to checking in and checking out. The complimentary breakfast is also nice before hitting the road and the whole place is very clean. I’ve stayed there twice so far and I’ll definitely be back again.

The only thing I noticed that was "negative" was there was a big gap between the door to our room and the wall. I could actually see the floor of the hallway from inside our room. Luckily it was a quiet hallway so it didn't disturb us. We placed a towel over the gap to block the light coming in from the hallway.
