Pros: location to the lab I was working
Too many transient "young" people. Room was kept clean but the overall surrounding appearance is one of neglect. The hotel stated they were beginning renovations, nothing suggested any type of remodeling was under way. Below Howard Johnson standards

Sketchy looking outside, gorgeous rooms

Very friendly staff, helpful and answered the front desk phone every time I called. The hotel upon initial approach looks kind of sketchy, but the room I was in was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping left something to be desired in that all they did was replace the shampoo, didn't make the bed or anything. That's the only issue I had. Other than that would definitely recommend this place

Arrived late!

Pros: clean,well priced,near Phila. Hospitals.
Cons: we were pleased.
Location: Just off main Highway to Phila. Hospitals. and downtown.
Arrived late,but were treated as if we were not,recommended Good places to eat,Pool was clean,rooms clean,beds comfortable( which I am very fussy about. Staff new but was on the ball. Would stay again.Good place to stay if you need good price good place near Phila. Hospitals for day before appt. ..

Bathroom out dated dirty appearance

I use a Cain walk with the bathroom floor was so slippery to walk on l put my cane down steady myself and Cain slipped when it hit the floor I ended up falling because I was traveling by myself I had crawl to the bed to pull myself up nothing broken just black & blue. Didn't walk around barefoot not comfortable with the overall condition of the room. Would never choose a HJ again.

HUGE POOL, BIG ROOMS BUT DIRTY

Pros: I love the hotel layout and spaciousness. Especially the pool, it is huge!
Cons: I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness. The floor carpets were very musty and damp and the toilet had pee in it when we arrived.

Also little hairs around the toilet, that looked like could of easily been cleaned with a quick wipe down by the STAFF.

Not the best experience

The hotel needs to be renovated. The room was very outdated, it needs a pick me up. The pool area was ok but I quickly changed my mind about entering when I saw more than 5 bugs. Breakfast was ok, the usual waffle, bagel, coffee and juice.

Manager sent police to wrong room

I booked 7 nights for my elderly aunt. At 4:00am on the second night, the police presented to the front desk a warrant to search my aunt's room, seeking a murder suspect who had been staying there but had since left. The front desk failed to determine that the room was no longer occupied by the murder suspect. The police roused my aunt out of bed, terrifying her and causing severe physical and emotional trauma that impaired her for days afterward. She canceled the rest of her stay but the manager refused to refund the first night's amount, even as a token apology for their negligence.

Except for the elevator and staircase which were a little old and scary and the room had a musty scent it was a great place to stay definitely worth the price amenities were excellent pool breakfast Linens were great size of room was excellent would stay there again
