“The room smelled as if the room was wet/moldy when we walked into our room. The hotel was old and didn't look like they did any updates. On the morning of our discharge my husband fell getting out of the tub. There were no grippers in the tub. There was no handle for him to hold on to. He literally fell out of the tub. He did get hurt. This makes no sense.”

“It’s one of the places where you can’t judge a book by its cover. When we arrived we were prepared to immediately go pay for a different hotel, but we gave it a chance. The room was clean and functional. Comfortable even. There was no shortage of hot water. The hotel was overall better than our stay in a more expensive place the night prior.”

“Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!”
