The staff was wonderful, as usual. Unfortunately, the air conditioning never got the room cooled off. It made for a very restless night of sleep. I will likely not stay again, particularly in the summer.

Friendly staff, good facilities, comfortable rooms

Pros: Overall feel, decent quality and overall the staff
Cons: Free airport shuttle only starts at 0630, so if you have a very early flight and are not returning a hire car, you'll need a taxi
For the price and given it is an airport hotel we didn't expect very much at all - just needed somewhere convenient for an early flight out of the airport. Maybe not 4 Seasons, but if Hyatt were doing an 'airport hotel' range - this is what you might expect in terms of look, feel and quality (but at about 1/3 of the price). We were very pleasantly surprised - the staff were friendly, attentive and very amenable. The food was good, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was clean with a good walk in shower. Pool, gym, restaurant, nice outdoor area, plane noise not intrusive and appears to have decent conference facilities - we will not think of booking anywhere else next time we are down that way.

Poor reception

Hotel is excellent apart from the reception service which hung up on Me requesting transport which closes At 2330 leaving me and my nine year old stranded we got a taxi eventually as none of them wanted to do the ride....you can't walk it..poor service which left a mark on what would have been an excellent hotel

Very comfortable airport hotel

Pros: Comfort of the bed and the good restaurant
Cons: The closed gates at the entrance are unattractive and require a stop.
Staff is organized and pleasant. The hotel provides a good and dependable shuttle to/fro the airport.

great stay

The bed was the star, absolutely amazing--loved the comfy pillows, mattress, and roominess. The staff was helpful, so glad they spoke English! The wake up call came at the exact time. We had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant as well. The shuttle driver was late and said very little to us. We were nervous about the time but he was unconcerned. He said the car was unlocked and to just go ahead and get in the car while he had to help some other people down the hall with their luggage. the car was, in fact locked and it was windy and rainy outside and we were not comfortable leaving our bags out there and yet taking our bags back into the hotel seemed silly, as we thought he would be right back. He didn't return right away. He gave the impression he didn't like his job much. Too bad he had to leave us with that impression....maybe he was just having a bad day, as we all do occasionally. Outside of that, our stay was excellent.

Very nice hotel near the airport

Pros: Comfort level better than expected - secure free parking
Location: Airport
Arrived quite late into Toulouse - 8:30pm, so decided in advance to stay overnight near the airport. Took us a couple of aborted attempts to find the way in (security gates were closed making it not obvious where the actual entrance was) once inside we were pleasantly surprised- the room was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent meal in the small bar/restaurant. Good night's sleep in a comfortable bed too.

Quick access to Toulouse Airport

Pros: Access to Airport, Restaurant was very, very good.
Location: Great access to airport and Airbus facility. About a 20 minute taxi to downtown for dinner and old square.
Great location for access to Airport. Very clean, excellent staff. Very good meal and beverage selection at the hotel restaurant. Only drawback is $40 Euro taxi to center of Toulouse for evening entertainment. Amazingly quite for proximity to airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel with great beds

Pros: Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
Cons: Better hot breakfast, what I had from the hot plate was tepid, and although it looked OK initially, it wasn't at all appetising. Cold choices OK.
Location: Best for an airport stopover, early flight out
Arrived late on a Sunday evening, glad to find welcoming desk staff and the room was well appointed. Best thing about it was the amazingly comfortable and snuggly bed!! Breakfast prices are very steep, as are drinks at the bar. A good place to stay close to the airport, but easy to rack up major expense on food and drink.
