“Enclosed garden and seating area were nice. The wooden surfaces in the kitchen and dining area were sticky, and so were some of the doors and shelves. Tried cleaning with CIF but still remained sticky. The “waterproof quilts and pillows were horrendous. We paid a premium rate for this and expected a bit of luxury but these things spoiled it for us. The sticky wooden surfaces need sorting and the quilts and pillows should be hotel quality for the price we paid. The mattresses in the twin room……

“The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great.”
