There is plenty of extra room at this spacious place, which is in the center of this magical land. It is only 1.5 hours away from Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Mesa Verde and Moab. Center of town and grocery store are only 8 minutes away. A fully equipped kitchen lets you save lots of money on food and you "know" what you are eating and drinking. Come relax and enjoy... Pool and lake within 10 minutes. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking for recreational vehicles, etc.

Absolutely terrible.
We booked this place knowing there were no reviews, but the few pictures that were up looked fine. We got there and it was TERRIBLE. It’s actually in a mobile home, which there was no picture of beforehand (the host added one after we could no longer get a refund). We arrived and it was 85 degrees in there; there is no air conditioning, only one swamp cooler unit and a couple of fans in each bedroom. A lot of the windows don’t actually work, and the ones that do actually open were held up by toilet brushes. It was also very dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. We tried messaging the host about it and she didn’t respond for over FIVE HOURS. By that point we were all dying of the heat and the filth, so we ended up leaving to get a hotel because we had no choice. We informed the host and still no response. She finally responded to then guilt us by saying she had to turn away two other families for us. She continued to message me back and forth, being fairly aggressive and rude, and offering no refund (of course). The worst stay I’ve ever had with VRBO. If anyone wants pictures of anything I mentioned above feel free to let me know! I don’t want anyone to go through what we did.
