“Very nice hotel. We checked in late and the staff seemed a bit unsure on the process, perhaps it wasn't his usual role, so it took a little longer but they were still very friendly. No air conditioning in rooms which we noticed as we were traveling during a heatwave, so our room was incredibly warm. The included breakfast was wonderful and the location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Blarney Castle. Not many food options in the area late at night so be warned! We had to eat Mcdonalds……

“We didn’t receive the check-in details until after the stated check-in time had already passed, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be. The listing also mentioned breakfast, but no information was provided about it and we were unable to locate it during our stay. We also had trouble with the heating system. The only way we could get the heat to turn off was by turning off the hot water entirely. Additionally, the sofa bed pillows were simply the sofa cushions, which were far too……
