It was just ok. A place to sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff nice. Place desperately needs updated. Pool was dirty did not use, our bathroom was in need of paint Someone tried to patch paint with a different color and over wear and tear was obvious. No blow dryer. I small shampoo for 5 people. Asked manager for extra towels he said I needed to get from cleaning staff. Really?? One bed cover with dirt on it. A used towel in the closet. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all the pool filter wasn’t running so the pool had a film on top of the water we also had to go to the front desk every time we left the hotel to get new key cards because they would stop working

Second time staying here. Very clean and kept up. Front desk was very friendly and helped us with dinner options. His referral was excellent. Thank you for the great stay.

The Lodge is driveway is on a very dangerous curve of a highway where cars are speeding by downhill. Entering the parking for the suites was dangerous especially during daytime hours. I received several messages from the property managers, changing the room assignment which was confusing. And with that came several different messages on how to access the room via the security panel; one correct one is all that's needed. The management company for this property was unorganized, unprofessional and not responsive as well, even though their multiple electronic messages states to contact them for help as they are a 'full service' company. Even when I called during their operating hours, I was sent to voicemail, no one called me about my concern but they sent an email message instead. I requested them to call me since I was on vacation and not checking my emails but they ignored my request. I was able to cope with the 'Lookout for your life driveway" situation but would not go back due to the property managers handling this property.
