Very close to campus events

For the most part, my stay was acceptable however the staff was not friendly or pleasant. I travel quite a bit and have rarely experienced such unwelcoming, rude staff. This includes the front desk staff and breakfast staff. The cleaning staff was very kind and friendly however it ended there.

Bloomington overnight

I was looking for a hotel that was midway between Noblesville and Evansville to meet up with my son for a quick visit. This hotel was an exceptional value. The price was less than surrounding hotels. It was quiet, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The free breakfast had several offerings, both hot and cold. We enjoyed our stay.

Ask to see the room before you pay.

Pros: Convenient location. Good free breakfast.
Cons: Note my comments above.
It's an okay place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and hot water. However, the facility is in need of an update. The closet door would not slide. The bedside lamp needed to be propped against the wall to keep it from falling over. The room, although cool, felt damp. The bathroom door required a great deal of two-handed effort to move and finally "jumped the track." After being trapped momentarily in the bathroom, I was angry enough to request another room. The second room was fine. Everything worked.

wanted outdoor pool

Pros: Almost everything
Cons: the TV will suddenly darken for no apparent reason.
Location: Bloomington, Classic college town, Nice.
Most pleasant experience. Clean,quiet, a nice pool and a good breakfast. The GM is a most caring, hard working gentleman.

Probably the worst Comfort Inn We have ever stayed

Cons: Read above, almost everything
Paid top dollar for 3 nights stay because Comfort Inns are usually in the Marriot class. This one ranks below Days Inn. Cockroaches, rooms needed to be seriously updated, Management is lacking professional, front desk personal shouldn't wear headbands and gym clothes. I lost a lot of respect for Comfort Inn. I had 3 more rooms for family members and was embarrassed

The general manager was very nice. Enjoy our stay. Hope that tye air conditioning in lobby gets fixed soon.

Pros: outdoor pool. Comfortable room. Breakfast provided.
Cons: Pool area, hallways, stairwells not very clean. Pool area needed attention and stairwells were dirty.
Location: Excellent location.
Wanted a hotel with an outdoor pool. Pool was nice, but area around pool where chairs were needed attention - needed to be swept - found dirty bandaids laying around. Breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable and nice. Great location for getting anywhere you need to go in Bloomington with a car. Not good without a car.

Nice hotel for the price. Pool was small and carpet stained, other than that good experience.
