The GM was very rude and kicked us out over suspicious activity because I walked to gas station and someone that had been trespassed was there before I got there. Called the cops on us and we never had anyone come to room, was quiet, and caused no trouble kept our room clean.

The manager or owner (50’s white male) on Saturday 9/2, was firing someone on the phone and we were able to hear his whole conversation about no call/no show. Very unprofessional-customers don’t want to hear that. Bathroom sinks wet clogged and drained very slow, stains on carpet bathroom could have been cleaned better….hair in tub, etc. staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room seemed clean except there were numerous splotches on the carpet that had not been remedied. Also, a bldg adjacent to the hotel (guessing low income housing) had lots of people hanging around outside (w/o shirts on, etc) and seemed unsafe. And the parking lot opposite the front hotel door had cars coming in and out and appeared to be drug deals going on throughout the evening. Overall seemed like a very unsafe area and glad to see that my car was not vandalized in the morning

This facility is not fancy, but they use BeautyRest mattress which is one of my favorite! I had a nice quite sleep. I definitely will consider to stay here next time when I visit Blooming, IN.

Depending on who is on staff, your experience could be great or mediocre. Some staff was awesome and some staff didn't seem to want to be there...Very clean, adequate breakfast, and the outdoor pool was surprisingly great! Good stay for the price

Breakfast provided 2 of 3 day stay. Coffee was good. This hotel is clean and safe but be warned the staff will be unhappy with you if you point out that anything is missing, such as sugar packets at breakfast. They also got upset because i asked the maid to take out the trash after 2 nights.

The clerk was very nice, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. We were checked into a room that was already occupied, but at least they had another room for us. The room was very dated. Stained carpet, paint was chipping off the walls in the bathroom, fan in bathroom made a horrible screeching sound. Also, the pool was out of order, and the Wi-Fi and cable were both out.

At the check in the front desk service was terrible as well cleaning service. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and they just clean our room just one day and it was because of my follow up. Access cards were deactivated every day and it was required reactivating causing delays to access my room because from desk personnel wasn’t available. Overall experience was deficient and there were just one lady that always do her best to support the visitors while I was at the facilities. The behavior of all other personnel were like if we didn’t exist!! Terrible experience and I don’t recommend it.

The room is disgusting. Wasn’t swept. There was a bottle with soda in it at the end of the bed, hair ties everywhere, the pillow cases were not changed. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in need of some major fixes/updates. The washer/dryers were ALL broken down and we were there for a baseball tournament so that was very inconvenient. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2 am burning popcorn so we spent time outside waiting for the fire department to get there. The room did appear clean other than the stained carpet.

While I have no issue with the hotel being older there are basic maintenance things that need to be done. We had to screw the security lock back into the wall when we got there. There was a towel hanging from the shower curtain bar. The bed linens were not pulled down over the corners of the beds. Surfaces still looked dirty. However the Saturday evening staff were very nice and breakfast was appreciated. Overall the hotel just felt a little more outdated and not as clean as it Should for the price.

We stayed for one night, there was a band aid on the smoke detector like maybe someone used for blocking a light on it. Toilet had feces all over the handle and in the bowl. More care into cleaning was needed. Other than that everything else was fine. Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Staff were all friendly.

This place was fine, but it's not aging well. My room had wobbly furniture, a very loud heater and fridge, and mismatched lightbulbs in the bathroom. I could hear someone talking on the phone in the connecting room even though my door was shut and presumably the one on the other side was too.

This was our 2nd stay and our last. You should never walk into a dirty hotel room. There were hairs on top of the toilet seat and on the floor, carpet was dirty, a huge hole in the window curtain and mold on the curtain sheer. The overall condition of the room was so disappointing. I didn’t pay much but even that was too much for this room. The only saving grace was the woman at the desk named Jessica. She was so nice and accommodating. Offered to move our room but we were leaving early the next morning so it wasn’t necessary. Every hotel should have someone as kind and helpful.
