Great location. The only downsides were that the mattress was very hard and the pillow were very flat. The toilet handle was not working properly and it made it hard to flush the toilet.

our room was big and we appreciated the more comfortable space, the facility is getting a bit dated and our room showed signs of wear and tear that should be updated, including sofa cushions worn, rust and grime on the bottom of the bathroom door frames, dirt and (maybe even blood ?) on the top of the bathroom door frame, and a worn mattress. The cleaning crew came in after two days but forgot to finish cleaning the bathroom as the tub and shower were cleaned and towels refreshed but the toilet and sink were not cleaned and toilet tissue was left sitting on the sink rather than put on the roll. Things were not bad enough to complain or move but just maybe sloppy or careless cleaning. We will likely stay somewhere else on our next trip.

This hotel was in a great location, close to shopping and several dining options. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The only drawback is that the property, especially the pool, was dated and could use a remodel. Rooms were the same.

I picked this hotel (more pricey) in order to jump in the jacuzzi because my back really needed it after a daily 12-15 hour shifts. First thing I asked at the lobby and I was told it’s not working and my reservation was made online. It’s a package deal and if something as big as jacuzzi doesn’t work for that period, I think customers should get at least some type of discount. On top of that the heater did not work in the room, it only blew air.

The stay was fine except for the height of the toilet. Why is the toilet seat 1 foot off the ground? This makes it really hard for elderly and handicapped people to use. Pretty much a deal breaker for me. Too bad; otherwise a nice place.

Our bed was terribly uncomfortable and we did not sleep well at all. We specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub and it was closed but we weren’t given a good explanation. The front desk clerk did give us a free hydro massage though at Crunch Fitness which was nice. The exercise room did not have anything to clean the equipment with. Breakfast was good.

Our hot tub has been in and out of service since we reopened after the pandemic, and it has been one headache after the other trying to diagnose and fix all of the issues that closing it down caused. We booked a room with a king size bed and we arrived and paid, when we got to our room and it was a regular size bed. When I went back to get it changed, we were told that it was all they had because of a maintenance problem and they wouldn't give us a discount because we had booked it through Expedia.

Very Nice Condition. Everything was EXCELLENT.
The hotel impressed me as being really clean. No dust anywhere, wow! Furniture and carpet were really nice. Some wear and tear on dressers and such but you have to be looking for it. There was a tip jar for the person running the breakfast. I had to drop some money there just because the buffet was so fully stocked and neat.
