Nice pet friendly hotel

Everything was wonderful. Pool, room, breakfast. The only complaint I would have would be the front desk attendant that welcomed us. It was like we were bothering her. But, she left and then a very nice man helped us with what we needed for the night. In the morning, everyone was courteous and friendly. It could have been that it was the end of her shift and she just wanted to go home.

Immaculate

We just came from a week at a resort in Orlando where our room was more than twice this much and not half as nice. This Holiday Inn is either brand new or looks like it. It has modern decor, lovely rooms, and all the little amenities you need (refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, etc.) The beds are so comfortable, the floors are hard"wood", the parking is free, and the staff is great. First-rate all around!

Glad I found this hotel!

Pros: See above.
Cons: Better eggs.
Location: Very accessible for my needs.
I loved all the updates, or maybe its new, I am not sure, but it was a very pleasant experience. It was the first time I had a waitress for breakfast for coffee or juice, that was very nice. I loved the breakfast set up, just wished the eggs were fresh. They did not taste like eggs. I loved ammenities in my room, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. The coffee option was very bitter but that is all individual taste I am sure. There was a weird slant in my room where the bathroom door kept closing, but that is structural. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and I will be back! Thanks

Very nice, clean hotel! We were in town for a wedding and used the shuttle service to and from the reception. Very nice!

Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that our walls are not quite as sound proof as you would like. I was told our hotel was built with staggered 2 x4 walls to help with noise but then again, I am not a construction specialist:). I do know that with our recent renovation, we added a whisper floor membrane to all the guest room flooring to assist with the transfer of noise and our hall carpeting has extra padding as well. We also added new thresholds for the guest room doors to assist light transferring into the guest rooms as well. We do our very best to ensure our guests quality of sleep is the absolute best. Including providing ear plugs with each guest room as we realize many are sensitive to noise and or may share a room with someone that snores. Nice hotel close to BMI airport

Nice staff, clean rooms, good service, decent rates, and very close to BMI airport for business travelers such as myself.

only complaint was breakfast. $10 a person for fruit and eggs if you want breakfast there. For the price of the hotel you would think they would offer donuts or something for people on the go.
