Great hotel and was so great for our Yorkie!

Pros: Everything - hot tub and pool was great.
Location: I was overnight for surgery nearby and they let us check in early and the room was quiet for my rest.
We highly recommend this Holiday Inn. I was all perfect!!!

Amazing hotel staff and great updated room and hotel. Breakfast isn't included or wasn't with my room rate but it was well worth it!

Convenient Location

Hotel under renovation. One main elevator, forget it, if it's high traffic time. Bfast not included in room rate, was not kept replenished on 4/19/16, had to ask for fruit. Unfriendly gentleman at front desk. Will try other Holiday Inn location in B'ton next time!

Thank you and I am so sorry that you did not see that we do have two elevators. One in the lobby and the other on the east side of the lobby of which makes it convenient for those guests parked on that end of the building or those guests utilizing our amazing attached full service restaurant. As a full service hotel , breakfast is offered buffet style of which is prepared by our inhouse chef. The Holiday Inn Express properties that provide breakfast at no charge does not have fresh prepared food-the items are pre packaged and warmed via a microwave. We are also implementing table side , ala carte off the menu options beginning in July along with room service. I never fill these things out, ever in life

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. This time, they are in the middle of a renovation and I wasn't sure how that was going to play out. Let me say, the hotel staff couldn't have been better. There was an issue with my A/C and someone was there immediately to take a look at it and as soon as they recognized it would need more attention, they moved me to another room. Incredible service!! Will absolutely stay there again.

Room wasn't the cleanest, asked for one bed king sized room and got a 2 bed queen size.

Pros: rooms were clean, breakfast buffet nice, beds comfortable
Cons: best price guarantee-$140 for 2 nights is a lot of money
Location: we were there for ISU parents weekend
Room and hotel was nice; Jessica at front desk was exceptional-prices dropped $70/night and she was bound and determined to refund us the difference as we paid a premium price as it was parent's weekend-the manager stated that b/c we had booked through Expedia, they were unable to issue us a refund. That really put a damper on the stay-if we would have booked through the hotel, we would have been able to get the rate adjustment.

Pros: Great staff. Quiet room.
At first were situated next to a family with a screaming child; my husband asked to be relocated and we were given a fabulous room which was quiet and comfortable.
