Thank you Hotels.com for great customer service

Terrible. There was what the police called a 25 person riot in the hallway outside our room. The police had to be called to break up the people from fighting. Pool was closed for maintenance. The only thing that was a plus was Hotels.com was nice enough to give us a voucher for our next booking with them of $60 and were very nice and concerned about how terrible things went during our stay. Thanks Hotels.com for great customer service.

Dear Guest, I am sorry for the terrible stay at our property. We do not allow parties at our property for such cases and as to not disrupt our guests stay. Rest assure steps were taken with the staff and with better security and check-in procedures to ensure our guest get the comfort they came to our hotel for. Please accept my deepest apologies.

I love this place. Plenty of parking, great eats close by, friendly staff! Clean and comfortable room.

We loved it. They were very thoughtful of our family's needs and for a great price. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Was not told the pool was closed. Came down dresses to swim with the kids and there was no water. Had 4 people been ones for our room and only had three towels and three washcloths.

A very nice hotel, but pool area very poor

Very nice hotel, employees and location was ideal, but the pool needs to be redone completely. It was dirty, the ladder had a broken step and to small for a hotel. They also should add a hot tub or something, it was lacking in all catagories. I always look for a hotel with a pool and the pictures were deceiving and made it look much nicer than it was In person. The rooms were very clean and nice, but the satellite TV wasn't the greatest either!! So if you are their to sleep and have a nice contential breakfast and nothing else, then great place to stay!!!

Good hotel for the price. Love the black out shades, most hotels do not have them. Pool is small, but perfect for when traveling with young kids.

Nice hotel and staff

The hotel is in a great location and easy to get around to shopping and sightseeing places. The staff filled every request without hesitation!! The only reason I gave it a overall 4, is because, the pool area is rough. The pool needs a lot of attention, a broken ladder, needs a new liner or repainted floor and very small pool!! A hot tub would be nice too!! Anyways, if you don't need the pool, it would a great hotel to stay at!! 😊
