Ok hotel for the price

Very busy weekend so contacted hotel several times to make sure our reservation was secure. Was told twice no problem then they called a third time. Appreciate that as they were sold out. Room was ok. Had some soiled towels, pillows were old and flat. A little up grade would be nice but for the price was fine.

Decent & Cheap

Cheap rates for a decent 3 star hotel. It's definitely not a Hilton or Holiday Inn but it worked out. Complimentary breakfast wasn't worth the early wake up. But on a plus note, we didn't find any bed bugs in our room. First thing I check for when renting a room.

A little get away

Me and my wife go here two of three times a year just to get away. We like it a lot. The beds are very soft just the way we like them.

I felt my bed was not comfortable. Squishy foam mattress that lets you sink down into a hole and not move

Not a good experience

Been here before and was ok this time not very good at all. My daughter was awakened at night itching and we found a spider in the bed under the sheets. She has multiple bites up her arm. The next morning when I was taking a shower the hot water ran out and I heard another patron complain to the desk of the same problem. Breakfast OK but not as good as you find at other chains. Will be looking for other hotel options when we come to this town again to visit family.

The bed was EXTREMLY SOFT you had to roll to get out of it. i laughed when my husband tried to get out, not laughing sooo.. much when i tried to get out. Even the kids sunk down into them. but it was clean. and since i never had a bed like these were, ever in a hotel i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, pool room was nice. The pool could of been heated a little but over all had a awesome stay,thank you super 8 bedford.

Good location, horrible service

Very disappointing experience. First the good stuff. The hotel is easy to find and get to. Good signage leading to the parking lot. The hotel looks inviting from the outside. We checked in around 4:30 PM. The woman that checked us in was very cordial and helpful. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The hotel is located near lots of shopping and restaurants. That is about where the good stuff ends. The beds are awful! The mattresses are broken down. The foam pad added to the top was also pretty compressed. I slept horribly the two nights we stayed. The breakfast was very lean. Both mornings the coffee ran out. There were no staff keeping tabs on the breakfast. The daytime desk help was very rude. First morning I asked if there was a local newspaper. The woman at the counter didn’t even bother to look up, she simply said, “no.” I asked if there was someplace I could get one. Her reply was a very annoyed “no.” She seemed to be focused on whatever online game she was playing. I’m guessing she was about ready to level up. She just kept clicking her mouse. We went out at 10:00 AM, and returned around 3:00 PM. Our room was not made up while we were away. About 3:30 housekeeping knocked on our door and offered to dump our trash and gave us clean towels. We were extremely disappointed that nothing was done with our room while we were out. The rudeness of the staff and failures of the housekeeping made this a bad experience overall.
