I paid for my room through Hotels.comy. when I arrived, I was charged again for the night. When I told them about this they said it will be taken care of by morning. Well 7 days later not even a call from the hotel even though they assured me they would call back. Horrible service.

Great Staff

we reserved a night on our drive home from Florida - found out we needed significant brake work. Although the hotel was filled for the following night, the front office and management staff made us feel comfortable waiting in the lobby and keeping our bags behind the desk for us. They were very helpful in providing coupons for meals at restaurants we could walk to. Very nice staff

Exceptional hotel experience

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean no musty smells in the room or halls. Non Smoking rooms available as well as a pet friendly hotel. The suite was well equipped with cookware, dinnerware etc. Perfect for long stays away from home. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip and will be referring our family and friends as well. KUDOS to the staff of Townplace Suites in Bloomington, IN.

Only issue is cigarette smoke migrated into the bathroom. Probably from employee area next door.
