Very friendly staff. Hotel room was nice and clean. Prices were affordable. Staff addressed concerns or questions immediately.

Quick easy check in - clean room, lights were on in room to make you feel at home - great place!

Great Location

Pros: Location, close to stores and food. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Cons: TV remote in room did not work, slow elevators
Location: Mall of America, close to the freeway, airport nearby
Wonderful hotel. 24hr store for food in drinks in lobby as well as a bar. Clean, beautiful hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Close to airport and Mall of America. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Came to the hotel for a weekend getaway. Hotel was clean and quiet despite a large conference being held there. Room service was prompt but expensive. Room temp was very, very warm but staff provided us with a fan.

Annual VIKINGS trip

Me and my wife only come here once a year for our annual VIKINGS game and leave the kids home. We always look forward to sitting the spa a relaxing at the pool area. This locations desperately needs a spa remodle. The tiles were coming apart the jets weren't working properly. The only other thing we don't like is for some reason the temperature in the rooms don't get cool enough and aren't completely comfortable for us especially while sleeping. As for,the star everyone is very nice.

Not up to par for Hilton. Staff nice but hotel overall not clean.

Had never stayed at this Hilton before. Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Only bad thing was they had 2 hot tubs but only 1 worked!

Okay ... prefer other hotels

Pros: Bed was comfortable, and pool/spa area was nice!
Cons: Cleaner, fresher smelling.
Location: By airport and MOA ... went to State Fair.
The room had a musty smell that almost was like someone had tried to clean up vomit or something. They tried to air it out, but didn't really work. Also, we miss the complimentary breakfast that is offered at a nearby hotel and cocktail hour.

Nice hotel but different than what Im used to.

No ice machine on any floors, had to go down to lobby for ice. No microwave in room but it did have a refrigerator. Probably because they want you to eat in their overpriced restaurant. The hotel itself was nice and great amenities beside the 2 I mentioned.
