Don't stay here if it's a short stay

I don't think extended stay hotels should advetise themselves as a regular overnight. The price was comparable to other hotels in the area but once we got there we were surprised to learn there is no maid service unless you stay for a week. It was horrible. We had to ask for a blow dryer and more towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would rexcomend not staying here if you are expecting a normal hotel experience.

Don't do it, run!!

poor place it took 25 minutes for receptionist to come to check me in, then I was given wrong room, on top of that bed bug bit my hand and under my left eye. Night shift receptionist didn't care or offer and help I check out and went to another hotel 06-03-17

No impression at all.

The tub water in the toilet is very sticky. There is no dinning room for breakfast. It had breakfast, but even no milk was served.

I was awakened at 5:10 AM by a horrible smoke alarm in the hotel. It appears a dryer caught fire and the fire department had to evacuate all of us. I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours before I could get back into my room to take a shower and leave for my 7:30AM business meeting that I just barely made. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We always want to provide a restful night's sleep for our valued guests, but when a fire alarm sounds, we must evacuate the hotel for everyone's safety until we can thoroughly investigate the cause of the alarm. We realize evacuation in the middle of the night is not a pleasant experience. We apologize for disturbing your sleep and hope you understand the necessity of the action we took. Fire alarms are rare occurrences at our hotel, and we hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a wonderful experience and a peaceful, uninterrupted night's sleep!
