“Clean room with nice amenities on my first day. However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). “ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. “The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. “Mostly everything was okay, except the fridge somehow caused my leftover dinner to be flooded with water. Something was odd about the way condensation built up on the inside. “The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights……

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
