Great hotel for the entire family

Hotel had great facilities for kids, playgrounds, arcades, train rides, etc. Also really good facilities for parents, nice indoor and outdoor pools and very good service

Nice autumn colour trees, enjoy kids gameroom

We felt a great relax at indoor pool(spa)after our family went to bushwalking. My daughter really happy with there.

Nice family weekend away.

The overall stay was great. Embers restaurant was delicious , the salmon was 10/10. Only negatives were that we found the room was very dusty and the bathroom had hair on the floor on arrival. Also be careful with the movie options in the tv, there was nothing in writing anywhere that they came at a cost, this needs to be made clearer.

The movies should come up with a confirm button prior to starting advising the cost - I am sorry if this was not present and have asked our maintenance team to double check the systems. Great family getaway

Nice hotel but small things done wrong

Pros: The bed and the HUGE spa
Location: location great.
Firstly the room was amazing. very very comfy big bed and a huge SPA. Great activities with the billiard room, model train set and kids area. but that is where the good things stop. Firstly the air con was not working on our first night. the entire wing was out. nothing that could be done but still not a good look. Then we found that the main light in our room was not working. The night manager came up and couldn't fix this. I would have thought that this would have been checked when the room was being cleaned. Good recovery i will admit. The food at Embers was average. nice but not amazing. We then found that there was no ironing board in the room. Just assuming that there would have been one was my mistake. lastly there was issues with the bill. not the way that I wanted to spend a romantic weekend with my partner with small issues popping up.

I sincerely apologise for your air-conditioning issues experienced and understand the frustration of this combined with the light not working. This is on our house keeping check list so I am unsure why this occurred and apologise, we also apologise the added frustration with the missing ironing board. All of these issues are indeed very rare and it is highly unusual for them to present themselves at all - needless to say combined on the one night. Your comments have been shared with our house keeping manager for staff training purposes - thank you for bringing them to our attention. Lovely hotel

We stayed only one night which wasn't long enough! Scored a king room with a view, with a comfy bed to snuggle and enjoy the movie package with room service. The dessert, especially the peanut butter chocolate tart was scrumptious! We stayed in summer and didn't get to enjoy the pool, however will definitely be back in winter for the perfect mountain escape.

Large hotel great for couples weekend away

This hotel was very accommodating with out late check in. Staff were helpful and our room was tidy and comfortable. The lock on the bathroom door didn't lock and our bedroom was not made up the next day but apart from this we had a lovely stay.
