We had a great time. Nice walk great views Had a room upgrade from be guest of the day!!! My kids love kids room. We definitely come back

Perfect getaway with the kids

Exceptional service and amenities. A perfect spot to enjoy a weekend away from the city. Indoor swimming pool and spa is a fantastic way to spent a few hours before or after dinner with the kids. Nearby walks and trails are a must to enjoy the crisp fresh air and workout the legs.

Great hotel for the entire family

Hotel had great facilities for kids, playgrounds, arcades, train rides, etc. Also really good facilities for parents, nice indoor and outdoor pools and very good service

Nice autumn colour trees, enjoy kids gameroom

We felt a great relax at indoor pool(spa)after our family went to bushwalking. My daughter really happy with there.

Nice family weekend away.

The overall stay was great. Embers restaurant was delicious , the salmon was 10/10. Only negatives were that we found the room was very dusty and the bathroom had hair on the floor on arrival. Also be careful with the movie options in the tv, there was nothing in writing anywhere that they came at a cost, this needs to be made clearer.

Great place to stay with kids

Overall, good place to stay. Particularly with a toddler. Some staff were awesome and couldn't do enough. Everything is spread out across the hotel, so be prepared to do lots of walking. Food is ok, but there are a few options on site.

Golfing present with all the luxuries for romance

Wanted to find a special place to take my husband away for his birthday. As he loves playing golf this was the perfect place as it is not far from Sydney, the golf course is lovely and the hotel provided all you look for when booking a romantic getaway - magical views, great food, friendly staff, rooms and amenities are of high standards with a touch of luxury. The surprise Birthday cheese platter and wine on arrival just made everything that much more special. Will visit again.

Great stay, room wasn't as good as previous stay

We love the Fairmont and this was our second stay. The facilities and staff are great, so fun for our son and romantic for us (without him!) Our last stay 6 months ago had been a smaller but nicer room. We had a view of the valley and the bathroom was renovated. Compared to that it wasn't as awesome and we noticed. You also can't order room service for breakfast, which is my favourite time to order room service so that was disappointing. Furthermore we really wanted a drink at 10:30pm and could only have the terrible bottle of wine for $20 that was in our mini-bar. So definitely recommend, but BYO Cocktails for late night cravings!
