Thoughtfully decorated in a modern rustic twist decor with all the amenities of home & more that you could wish for. From the moment you wake up the breathtaking mountains are in full view year round from all 3 levels.

The main level host great room with open ceiling, large Samsung Wi Fi TV with Samsung Plus 160 Channels & gas stone fireplace. The dining area seats 6 w/additional seating at the breakfast bar for 3 more. The kitchen is fully equipped & with stainless steel appliances, gas grill located on porch.

There are 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The upper level consist of master bedroom with King bed, WI FI TV, & full bath. (In addition is separate loft area with full sleeper, & sitting area)

Loft area is the perfect spot to curl with a throw & dive into a good book. Just beyond the windows is open skies, stars & of course moonlight on those clear mountain view nights!

The main level has King size bed, WI FI TV & full bath. In addition to the main level there is a washer & dryer if you choose to use them.

The lower level of the home host third guest bedroom with Queen bed & full bath. You will find a rec room with basket ball hoop, & ping pong & pool table, large Samsung WI FI TV with Samsung Plus 160 channels. Walk out to fire pit for an evening by roaring fire.
