Nice Stay

Stayed here while attending a Chief's game. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and they were remodeling while there, but did not interfere with stay, Breakfast is normal fare and good. I stay in a lot of hotels doing travel for work and found this one comparable with most. Good choice for events at the stadiums. Close and surrounded by food and stores.

Don't stay at this hotel

First off the room rates were $10 more than advertised second the hot tub was green and smelled funny receptionist are incompetent and rude can't take breakfast back to your room hotel is dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again

This hotel was very close to our son's home and the hospital where he was having surgery. Just off the interstate, so easy to find and get to. Everyone was very nice and worked to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was typical, but the hot foods were definitely hot and there was a selection of cereal, fruit and other cold dishes. We would use this hotel again.

water turned off was a bummer

Had an excellent experience with the hotel staff on check in. She told us the water has been turned off by the city but would be turned back on. It wasn't turned on for a half hour and it was already late at night when we arrived.

Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Pros: The staff
Cons: Major cleaning of the carpet.
Location: Great location. Many good places to eat at with a Dennys next door.
They are in the remodel mode. The carpeting looked ok but after walking around it for a couple of hours the bottom of my feet became black.

another great stay

Pros: This place has great breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, waffle maker, danish, juice, coffee.
Location: Close to Interstate and within walking distance to couple restaurants.
The black young man that checked us in was awesome and helped tremendously getting us in a handicap room. Every time we left or returned, he was there to greet us with a smile. Such a pleasure. We have stayed here many times.

Worst hotel

The front desk attendant was rude and unprofessional when we arrived. The pool and hot tub closed early so we couldn't use it. The cost was way too high for the quality of the hotel and features we couldn't use. And when talking to a manger he was not helpful about the attendant working the front desk

Blue Springs

We like the changes to the hotel. My wife liked the chair in the room. The only thing wrong was the huminty was high and it made everything seem damp.

Great place for a traveling night's sleep

We were just passing through so looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable place to get some rest. This was it, and close to a couple of fine restaurants.
