Nice place, great location
My family stayed here for 2 nights. been fixed. We had no problems. I agree about the sheer curtain but I think it would only be a problem if showering at night. The 2nd bath doesn't have a window. A suggestion to the owner, maybe get light filtering cordless cellular blinds. The bed in front room wasn't too comfortable for the fact it had a plastic mattress pad that would make crinkly sounds when you move. The deck & outdoor chairs were clean. The location is wonderful. Beats staying at a hotel & having to drive everywhere. So nice to walk down to the waterfront with adorable shops on the way. And the breakfast place downstairs was a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The lock on the door to the unit did not work. When tried to lock it, the bolt kept hitting the striker plate and would not go into the hole. The host was called and I left a voicemail. She did call back and said she would try to contact her maintenance person to fix the problem. Never heard back from her and as far as I know, nobody came and looked at the lock. Whenever we left the unit, we would lock our personal things in the car. The good thing, we didn’t have to remember the code to the lock. The deck was covered with leaves and pine needles, the chairs were filthy and some were broken. The floors in the unit were dirty. Bath towels were provided but no hand towels or wash clothes, so bring your own. The curtain in the second bathroom is very sheer. That window overlooks an outdoor eating area so you really couldn’t shower in there without putting on show. The location of the unit was great. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The fact that the unit lock did not work, was not fixed or acknowledged by host, should be a huge show stopper for any potential renter in the future.

This place was really nice. It’s close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. It’s decorated very cute too. It was Christmas so we weren’t able to goto many of the shops but that was ok. We did have dinner at the Calhoun Tavern and that was very good and then breakfast before we left at the Sippin Cow below and that was good too. I brought coffee because I thought they had a traditional coffee pot but there was no actual pot only the maker. There is a Keurig there so we just bought some little cups for that. Also bring a wine opener with you if you like wine. We didn’t see one there but luckily brought our own. It’s a great spot and we will definitely stay there again and explore the area a little more.

Not an optimal stay, missing basic amenities
First, the description fails to tell you the rental is above a popular breakfast / lunch spot that gets noisy starting at 7 am. The deck was unusable as it was covered in leaves and pine needles. One of the bathrooms had no toilet paper holder. The window curtain in the main bath is ridiculous- no privacy at all! No instructions on how to access the WiFi, had to text the host. No dishwasher soap/pods. Lastly, lets not forget the steps to access the rental. When it rains, the steps are very slippery. With a little more upkeep this could be a much better place to stay.

Great location
Everything was great the apartment has lots of room for 4 guest. Be prepared to walk up long stairs case outside with no cover of its raining One bathroom did not have appropriate curtains for privacy ..Only other thing one toilet got stopped up and there was no plunger in the unit. Sent request but no plunger was ever brought during our stay.

Nice clean, cozy and a great location
We had the place for the long weekend. It is just 20 mins drive from Hilton Head beaches and is surrounded by nice restaurants and boutiques. The nursery on the corner is pretty and a must see. Laura was a great host and the place was very tidy with good amount of towels, dishes and utensils. Great balcony nestled in trees around to enjoy the morning coffee. Grocery shops are close by to quickly pick up something. I’ll definitely recommend if you don’t mind staying a bit away from the beach and enjoy the town of Bluffton as well.

Bluffton work visit
My assistant and I stayed at this great property while working on a furnishing installation for a client. It was a wonderful place to come back to after some long days. The condo was cute and clean, and the location is perfect. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in town!
