Best way to describe it was the feeling that no one was actually managing the property. Carpet in elevator was filthy. Hot tub was full of dirt.

Poor selection decision!
Overpriced by far,although area lacks good hotels, price is not a decent deal. Needs a very thorough carpet shampoo, management needs a wakeup call. Coffee apears to be instant and is not good!!.

Huge rooms, nice hot tub, decent breakfast. Highlight was the staff. Aalexx was smooth and efficient getting us checked in. We had to leave a day early and was quickly helped to cancel our third night. Morning front desk man printed out a receipt and even explained how I could get a refund from Orbitz. Even said to have Orbitz call him if any issues. Overall pleasant experience.

I could tell the building was older, but it has been renovated well. The room was well decorated, stylish and very clean. We couldn't get the bath tub faucet to turn off after our showers, but that was the only thing that didn't function right.

Shower water was cold. Told the front desk and was told will be repaired. But did not solve the issue during our staying . Dryer was out of order first and then detergent was sold out. Therefore I couldn’t do laundry as planned. Found our key cards were disabled when we returned around 8:30 pm and there was no person at the front desk. A note on window said “will return in 20min.” Staffs are friendly but facility is outdated.

The king suite room was nice and roomy. The mattress was topper was very comfortable and the linen was incredibly soft. The staff was very nice.
