Very pleased

We took an offer of a newly renovated room on a ground floor for a little extra. The room was very clean, sheets are nice, the bed is comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were the last to come for breakfast, just 15 minutes before it was over, and there was no eggs left, but we got it made for us right away, fresh and hot. Internet is working, fridge and microwaves in the room. We are very happy with that place. One last thing - I liked that it is slightly farther from the highway (so it is slightly more quiet in the night).

Hot eggs, sausage, and briskets for breakfast. Room bed and furniture just like more expensive hotels. Owner made sure we were happy. Wonderful...Blythville AR place to stay

Stay Away

Hotel is in need of updating. I was awakened in the middle of the night by someone pounding on door. When thwy couldn't get into the room the front desk called the room....evidently the hotel had decided I needed company and sold my room to someone else as well. Needless to say, I got no sleep for the rest of the night! I would never stay at this place again.

Pros: awful
Cons: gross rooms, rude owner. left with small bug bites all over.
Location: get on the highway and get out of town
run down junk motel. gross rooms and rude owner.

nice place to stay

ROOM was clean , comfortable , front desk person was really nice . Next morning breakfast was good and fresh, manager kept the items for breakfast coming as long as you were hungry. The ice machine was the only problem that i had , it is way to small for the number of rooms they have. It really needs to be larger . I would recommend this place .

We did renovated our hotel ,Hotel was older but we try our best to do quality work inside the room,all are new furniture ,TV,Carpet etc. Our room is clean and bed comfort to and frees eggs and others. Misquote hotel

Yes I did stay at this Americas Best Value Inn and have a reciept to prove it! Read the reviews and it stated the bad reviews were not people who stayed at the hotel, they were. The room was full of misquotes and lots of shaddy people driving in and out. Would not stay there!
