NOT a Hilton...

This is a very sketchy hotel. We booked a suite yet upon checkin were told that the room was not available. This forced some of my kids to stay in a seperate room, which normally would not be an issue but the neighborhood was less than appealing. The front desk lady told us not to be concerned if we see people outside late at night roaming as they are harmless, yet the next morning we overheard the front desk on the phone stating that they had been robbed and that it seemed to be a planned out robbery. The breakfast was aweful, cereals (corn flakes & fruit loops) were mixed together and there was not much of a selection. We paid $139 for the room but if we had only paid $49 we still would have felt we overpaid.

Sorry we are not ready here unexpected happens with your stay the time you was stayed our hotel was busy time because lots of workers came in town so we was busy also nest issue was robber ! it was nor robber night front lady make story was not robbed.your issue was corn flakes &fruit loops was mix we are sorry for that mistakes one of our new night front desk lady was new and first night was working it was her mistakes and breakfast we are serving very good and hot breakfast .Thank you. Thank you stay with our hotel also we are sorry for your Un suitable experience. Explanation is,We are renovating this hotel inn and out side of the building it will takes little limes but will be done by October ,2016. MR Bill i look your file room was new with new TV if you shearing me what you find in the room i can takes care of it so please let us know.We had some issue about mold smell we did fix it (person who was installed A/C he did not put wright way so water was holding in the try and smelled mold now no more smell. Thank You, Jahid

Had to switch room due mold smell beds need to be replaced staff was good and tried to help as they could

I was pretty shocked when we pulled up and the hotel looks nothing like it did in the picture online. It was very run down and dirty. The woman who checked us in was super friendly and the woman who checked us out the next morning was also very friendly. Our room smelled old and kind of moldy and the carpet was kind of iffy. One of the towels was filthy but the shower head worked pretty good. We had our own blankets so we just slept on top of the sheet using our own blanket. If you can avoid staying at this hotel, I would recommend that.

We are renovating inside room & out side building so look like dirty.Per son did not put A/C wright way so water was holding in the try mold build with the water but we did fix it now room is fresh smell.Replaced new carpets and others (please look our new room picture will see how much improved we did but we are not done yet will be done end of Sept,2016.Your comments is make us solved and improve quality if you asked to others to avoid is not helping to improve any hotel quality your comments makes me do more for the guest and we are doing. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place gave me and my friend the CREEPS! It is run down and shady. The neighborhood it is in made my hair stand on edge. The receptionist (if you can call her that) didn't get my bill right on check in and I still had to pay more on checkout. I reserved a non-smoking room and when we got there we had a smoking room. She did find us another room that was non-smoking, but the walk around to check it out did nothing to improve my thoughts about safety. Breakfast was lame. If I could give this a 0 or a negative I would.

I am sorry i am not argue with the guest this statement is not right because the gust made reservation with online about CREEPS we don't have any CREEPS some how online made mistakes about neighborhood ,We are on i-55 and on the EXIT also New town is no neighborhood all are hotels this aria you posted WRONG HOTEL.Before check in our guest we did find out from the guest,smoking or non smoking room, BREAKFAST we served HOT AND FULL breakfast 14 different kinds of foods we are serving so i would say you made mistakes and posted wrong hotel. It was great value! Free breakfast and a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, nice bedding, comfy bed and hospitality!

For a one night stay it was not bad.

I would not recommend this hotel for more than two nights. The hotel is next to major interstates.

We do apologize that you were not pleased with your stay. You were aware that the motel was located next to the interstate when you arrived. But we are working on renovating the motel to be more soundproof to the interstate traffic. For future reference ask for a room around the backside so you can avoid all noise and for more privacy.
