"There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew. "This is an outstanding place to stay in Terceira. The property sits right on the ocean, offering beautiful sunrise views, and its location near the airport is extremely convenient. Parking is easy, both on the property and along the road. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were polite, attentive, and diligent in their work. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and warm, with an air conditioner that kept the space perfectly cool. Although we arrived earlier than expected due to our flight, the team kindly prepared our room so we could check in ahead of time. Breakfast was excellent, with a healthy and varied selection each morning. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay, this is the ideal place. We would happily return on our next visit. Thank you for a great experience."
